The red haired male put his hands around you in a spooning position as you turned to face the boy that you fell in love with.
"What are you thinking about?" You giggled.
"How lucky I am to have you!" He tightened the hug, pulling you closer to his chest.
"You idiot..." You whispered, feeling bliss encase you as you looked towards him.
This moment was short lived as the nurse walked in to the room, holding a tray of food.
"Where's my girlfriends share?" He questioned the nurse that had placed a tray of food on his table, hands loosely placed around your shoulders.
"Ah I'm sorry I'll get it now..." The nurse replied, leaving the two in the hospital room.
"You didn't need to do that..!" You muttered, a faint blush appearing on your milky white cheeks.
"I'm treating my girlfriend like the queen that she is!" He responded, a cheeky grin forming on his face. Enveloping you in a massive bear hug.
"Its been 7 months since her passing, and he's still acting this way, what do we do doctor?" The frail voice of the nurse sent to the doctor.
"I'm afraid there's nothing we can do, just give him the tray for now."
