Farah heard something in the bushes,
Before she could move closer
Loud shots rung through the air.
Farah could hardly process anything,
Suddenly she was pulled away
she looked up
Adela Morcos her only friend had saved her,
Farah saw the destruction of what the shooters had caused.
She was the only survivor.
Farah waited there for what seemed like years,
However, it was only a day
A day filled with tears and questions.
Who were they?
Why did I survive?
What do I do?
Farah decided that she'll try to find somewhere to escape,
She slowly climbed out of the bushes.
Her legs were weak but she kept pushing forward
She looked down at her clothes,
A pair of shorts and a thin shirt
She decided that that wasn't good enough.
She ran towards the factory and snuck in,
Everything was ruined
Farah didn't care.
After a lot of searching she finally found some clothes that would fit her.
