LISA'S POV

It's already been a year. A year full of pain from trying to find my Jennie. My Jennie who lied. I spent all my nights crying over her. I realized that she only said those words to get away from me. I don't even know the reason why she wanted to go.

She's running away. She's scared. She's breaking. She's done with everything. She just stayed beside me because she knows that I need her. And she left me when I was all better.

I've been asking help from everyone I know... They kept on telling me that they can't help me. I even went to New Zealand just to find her. She wasn't there.

I hired a detective to help me find her. I've wasted all my money but he was no good. I'm sure he's stopping me from trying to find her. He said it's pointless. He said that she left me because she's tired of me. I'm sure that he's lying. Jennie loves me with all her heart. She even left me for my own good.

I went to her hometown dozens of times, hoping that I'll somehow catch a glimpse of her. It seems like luck was not on my side.

Fortunately, I happened to bump into her sister. Her eyes widened and her lips twitched when she saw me. I'm sure that Jisoo knows. She knows why Jennie left. She knows where Jennie is.

"Jisoo..." I hugged her. I felt my shirt get wet. She's crying. I faced her to wipe her tears, but her head shook no. "I'm sorry.." she wiped her tears with the back of her hand. "It's alright. You're my girlfriend's sister after all." I smiled.

Jisoo fell on her knees, lightly rocking herself back and forth. I felt sorry for her. I don't know why she's like this. It has to be something related to Jennie.

"Where is she..?" my breathing started to get unstable. "Who..? Na-Nayeon..?" She asked, obviously changing the subject. I frowned.

"Jennie of course. I went here countless times but I haven't seen a trace of her. I even went to New Zealand. Still no luck. If you happen to see her, please tell her that I'm sorry for everything that I said. Please tell her that I miss her... That I love her." a tear escaped my eye.

Jisoo gave me a warm smile, tears building up in her eyes again. "Silly you. She heard everything that you said. She knows what you did. She saw all your effort." warm fluids flowed on my cheeks.

"Are you telling me that she followed me..? How come? I didn't even catch a glimpse of her shadow!" I cried.

"Yes. She followed you. You weren't able to see her because... She's up there, watching over us." Jisoo pointed at the sky.
