"I've missed you Daniel Howell" I leant in and hugged him tight. He hugged me back straight away. I heard a Phone unlock and keys typing.
Phil
He must feel so uncomfortable right now. Oh well! I felt eyes burn into my back like bloody lasers. Damn this boy means business.
Dan's P.O.V
I know what she's doing. I've known her long enough to know her ways.
It won't work, Phil doesn't like me like that, and I don't like him, I don't think...
Regan let me go and we started talking about school and all that boring stuff .
"So Phil.." Regan piped up "how long have you known Dan?"
"Six weeks"
Exactly...
"His biggest pet peeve?"
"Being teased and not getting straight to the point"
Correct...
"Favourite colour?"
He looked me up and down, smirked, and looked directly back at Regan. The freaking smirk again...
"Black"
"Favourite month"
"October because he loves Halloween"
True...
She tilted her head up and hummed
"You have my approval, bye" she spun on her heel and walked out of the yellow gate to the park. Phil raised a brow and saluted to say goodbye.
"Sooooooo..." Phil started and turned towards me, not realising how close we were standing together.
I didn't say anything about it though, I kinda liked it. Wait, no I didn't. Dan seriously, stop it now.
"You've been doing your research?" I played it cool even thought I was freaking out inside.
"No, I just , pay attention to details" he smirked again.
Phil's P.O.V
If I were to move the tiniest bit forward, our lips would connect. I smirked instead. Whenever I smirk, Dan seems to, I don't know, blush and shift around.
Wonder why... but whatever it is that he does, I love it.
