Where did it all go wrong?

(Ricks pov)

My vison was blurry, and my stomach was shooting a sharp pain through out my body. The nurses were rushing me down a hall way. Squeaky wheels glided on the floor. All I could think about was Array. I found her after years of looking. Although my thoughts were bombarded with pain, all I knew was that a green man, a blue haired black eyed man, and Array had saved me.

(Arrays pov)

Stu held my hand in the waiting room. My eyes were full of tears, but I wasn't crying. I was thinking but at the same time I wasn't thinking at all. My questions were unanswered and they won't be until I get to talk to Rick. Rick. I have seen him after years. Unfortunately it wasn't that great of a reunion.

Stu's hand clenched tight onto mine as a nurse walked towards us. He steadily tapped his foot faster as she neared. Her walk was confident and confined. Her crocs squeakedon the floor. She was in front of me when murdoc looked from a side. "Hello, are you the sister of Richard?" She asked kindly. I hesitated but then answered her "yes I am." She now had direct eye contact with me and Stu. Her face changed when she saw Stuart. "Y-your." "Don' worry, jus' blood." He answered cutting her off. I looked back at her. "Oh well, Richard is stable and will be fine. You are welcome to come see him now, he's asleep though."  She told me. I nodded in response.

"Can you lead us to him?" I asked. She smiled and Walked us to his room. Stuart held my hand, only gripping it when we walked past a room with dying people in it. Murdoc slowly paced behind us. The nurse who's name tag read 'Shelley' led us to his room, 112.

The tv was on turned to a news channel. Richard laid on the bed asleep, with a monitor on his side. I ran to his bed. Stu and Murdoc sat down. I hugged him careful of his wound. His black hair was oily, and his skin was soft. They had taken off his jacket. He was wearing a hospital dress. Shelley was still in the door way. She walked next to me and placed her hand on my shoulder. "He made a request for us not to remove his boots." She explained. I looked down and sure enough a pair of doc Martians were sticking out the bed. They were torn up and obviously crappily sewed together. The laces were mustard yellow and the ends were torn up.

The nurse, Shelley walked over to Stu and Murdoc. They were quiet as she speaked. I couldn't really make out what she was saying. Some thing about them having to pay and provide insurance. Murdoc stood up and followed the woman. Stu crouched next to me and my brother. "Do ya want ta call noods?" He asked handing me his phone. I took it and dialed russels number.

Me: hey Russ.
Russel: oh hey, where are you guys?
Me: we're at the hospital.
Russel: what the hell? Why are you? Why?
Me: it's really a long story, I'll have to tell you when I see you. Can I speak to noods?
Russel: yah sure. Here ya go.
Noodle: hallo?
Me: hey noodle. How are you?
Noodle: I'm good, and you?
Me: I'm fine thank you. How you holding up?
Noodle: I'm keeping the house safe from zambies.
Me: oh how sweet.
Noodle: when are you coming back?
Me: soon. Hopefully tomorrow.
Noodle: i can't wait to see you.
Me: same here. I've gotta go. I'll see you later.
Noodle: good bye.
Noodle: .... I lOve yOu.
Me: love you too.

I gave the phone back to Stu. We talked about Richard, but not about what happend at nate. I knew we were both thinking of jade. I sure knew that I was thinking about her at least. Rich shifted a bit. I jumped up. He just scratched his head and went back to bed. I let him sleep proceeding to talk with Stu. I laid my head on his shoulder. He combed my hair and I drifted to sleep. I heard the door open and shut, but I assumed it was Murdoc coming into the room, and It was. He sat in the squeaky plastic chair, as we slept on the ground. Shelley came in and gave all three of us blankets.  I opened my eyes and gazed at her. 'Thank you' i mouthed to her. She smiled at nodded. She left the room turning off the lights, and closing the door. I nested my head deeper into Stu's shoulder.

I drifted into a coma of sleep. Sleeping easy knowing that I. Array kholer kinn killed Nathan Michaels.
