(Murdoc's pov)
We all walked up to the house. Russel led the group. I strutted along the side of 2-D. Noodle was on Array's back. 2D and R chatted nothing but small talk really. Eventually, we reached Kong. R audibly gasped
"This place is huge!" R said we all smiled. His reaction was priceless.
"How did you afford this?" He had a concerned look.
2D was quick to answer. "uh we-"
"WERE MUSICIANS!!! I sold my soul to be the BEST IN THE WORLD" I barged in.
"huh?" R questioned me.
"I went to Satan myself and asked to have the most successful band In ThE wOrLd! In exchange for my soul of course."
"Ha okay then." R walked a bit faster.
We reached the house. Russ opened the door for us. Array set Noodle off her back. Noodle ran off to her room, to show us something. After a moment of silence, Noodle ran back. Something was behind her. A small monkey followed her as she ran.
"This is Azuki!" Noodle yelled in excitement.
Noodle held out her hands for Azuki, and he jumped into them. We admired Azuki for a while, petting his head and such.
(2-D pov)
"Shall we get R' settled ya?" I asked Murdoc. Murdoc nodded.
"Array can sleep in 2-Ds room, and R can sleep in Arrays old one." Murdoc decided. Array and I led R to his new room. Array had to grab a few of her belongings to put in my room. R settled down in his room. He said he's gonna take a nap. Noodle was playing in her room, Russel was conversing with Del, and Murdoc was doing god knows what.
"What do ya wanna do?" Array asked. I shrugged. "TV, my room?" I suggested. She nodded and sat on my bed. I flicked on the TV and played pulp fiction. Array laid next to me, her head on my stomach. I rubbed her arm, glad that she was with me. The overwhelming feeling of joy that her presence gave me was back. I nearly cried I was so happy. She smiled and drifted off into a slumber.
I thought as she slept, about us. I just want to surprise her with something. Her birthday is coming up in 2 months, but that's too far away. I'm not sure what to do. I might make her breakfast tomorrow, then we can go to the midsummer night festival. Yeah, i'll do that.
