Once your eyes had dried themselves from tears, and your mind went blank, you felt the bitterly cold chains and the agonising cuffs around your bloodied ankle.

It was somehow calming to feel the restricting metal in an almost pitch-black room.

You closed your eyes and wiped your cheeks. Anything you did was useless, so doing nothing would be far more beneficial.
Plus you wouldn't have to go through the mental torture your mind seemed to enjoy.

Without warning, a displeasing loud creaking noise announced something new and a bright light forced you to shield your eyes.

"Morning."
A casual greeting was spoken in a voice that definitely was not casual.

You looked into the light, only to see a silhouette of a man.
Man?

"Did you enjoy your sleep?"
The voice chuckled, clearly knowing that you did not.

You would have spoken, but your throat would have ripped open with burning pain.
Instead you weakly stood up, somewhat hopefully.

The silhouette walked closer, and his features were much more clear.

He wore dark clothes and had slightly green skin.
Most noticeably, he had a cut throat and dead black eyes.

The figure let out another deep chuckle.
"You like it?"

He jokingly spun around, showing all the sides of him.
"I like it."

You were too frightened to even think anything, which seemed to be funny to your visitor.
He came closer, but you cowered away in fear, which seemed to get a mixed reaction from the strange visitor.
He seemed joyed by the fact that you were visibly scared of him, but irritated that you were trying to get away from you.

You couldn't get far without being pulled down by the restraints on your feet.

The green villain grinned, showing off his fangs, and kept you on the ground with his foot.
He didn't look strong, but it felt like he was about to snap your ribs.

Struggling would have made the situation worse, so you kept still.

"What's wrong? Kitten doesn't feel in control?"
He mocked, bending down so you could see his facial features better.

You whimpered, feeling completely useless in another situation.

The stranger stepped away, allowing you to breath and stand up.
But he wouldn't help you.

"I've missed days like these, Y/n."
He spoke once again.

Y/n?
Was that your name?

"You don't remember anything?"
His expression flashed into a concerned one, but he covered it up quickly.
"That... works perfectly."

With what?
What was going on?
And who, or what, was this?

"I guess the memory thing is my fault, I'm not sorry by the way, but that doesn't matter right now."
He motions towards you speedily and you flinch.
"You want to know what's going on, don't you?"

The figure somehow glitches to the other side of the room. It leaves you confused.

"Follow me."
He grins.

You look down to where the restrains should be, but all you see is two free ankles covered in dried blood.

"Or do you want to stay here?"
He proposes another option, one that you would definitely not choose.

So you walked behind the strange character.
