"I don't really trust you, buddy."
You fake a smile at Dark, who nods his head.

"You don't have to."
He shrugs, reaching out to touch your shoulder.
"But it would be easier."

Dark smiles lightly, kind of creepily too, and lets go of your shoulder, sending you away from your dream.

You wake up looking at Anti's calm sleeping face. He's adorable, you think to yourself, before kissing his cheek and getting out of the bed.

You make your way to the kitchen, stopping at the living room.

"Jack?"
You notice the figure on the sofa.

"Mm, it's me."
He whispers back.
"Sorry.. I tried calling you."

"What are.. what are you doing here?"
You ask, trying to act as you did before, so he didn't know what you were.

"Well, uh... its a bit..."
Jack rubs his arm.
"It's a long story."

"Trust me, I have the time."
You smile, sitting opposite him.

"Where's Anti?"
Jack looks around, obviously curious. He's not suspicious, is he?

"Not here."
You lie, not even batting an eyelid. Jack watches you, making you feel nervous for a split second.

"Okay."
He sits back, relaxing.
"It's about him... I think something happened."

"Oh? Like what?"
You lift an eyebrow, pretending to be curious.

"I don't know. I felt something off and, at first, I ignored it but.... I think it's worse now."
Jack's eyes slowly wonder to something behind you.
"Oh... hello."

You look at Jack concerned, before turning around to meet Dark. Shocked, and panicking, you stand up.

"What are you..."
You fail to finish the sentence.

"Anti's asleep, right?"
Dark completely ignores Jack's confused stare.

"He's... yeah."
You shamefully admit, gaining Jack's still confused stare.

"Good, we need to talk."
Dark leans over slightly, resting his arms on the top of the sofa. He looks over to Jack.
"Alone."

"I'll just go. Bye Y/n."
Jack stands up, announcing his departure and going.
"And bye.... D-Dark."

Dark doesn't even wave, his eyes follow Jack until he was out of the house.

"What do you want?"
You snap, hissing at Dark. He looks shocked for a second, but tries to cover.

"Just to talk."
He lifts himself off of the sofa, walking around it, and then sitting on it.

"Hurry up, then."
You fall onto the sofa opposite him.
"Talk."
