I first saw you in 7th grade, I wondered who is she?
I would stare at the beautiful face, looking away when u notice me
I was always scared to walk up and talk to you
Imagining all of the stupid things that I might say or do
7th grade passed and I hadn't said a word
I decided to forget it, figured I was too much of a nerd
I flew through 8th and 9th grade through a flash, and you were always in the back of my head
Then, about a month ago I heard your name, I couldn't be more grateful cause look I where it led
I couldn't believe what I had heard, it was just such a surprise
But now I'm standing here into this hypnotizing eyes
Back then I was scared of what I might say
Now I can't wait to talk to you everyday
You took my world which was completely gray
And you filled it with colors
And gave me a reason to stay
I will spend every minute with you, try to make you happy
Trying to give you the feeling that you've given me
I will be there to hold you hand through every obstacle
Cause it takes a life time to pay off such and amazing miracle
