I can't believe he's gone. I try to stop the tears rolling down my cheeks but I eventually let them flow. I run back inside and run into my room. He said that he left something under my pillow. Curious, I walk under my bed and lift the pillow. Its a letter. The envelope reads "To Jennerz", i rip open the seal, desperate to find out whats inside.
Dear Jen,
I'm going to tell you the truth, I'm only going to be living in my new flat for a couple of weeks. Me and the lads are moving to L.A, Al has a mate that could get us a record deal. I didn't have the guts to tell you guys in person- I only wrote the letter to you, can you do me a favour, don't tell mum and dad yet- they will be so upset.
Please come along to this party tommorrow, I need to see you one more time before we leave. I love you Jen, don't ever forget that. I'm just following my dream.
