I quickly sat up looking for Valentino I had to know if he was okay, "That was quite the show you put on Delanei" I turn my head to the side looking for whoever said that. Looking around the room it looks like some cheesy honeymoon suite I mean the damn bed was heart-shaped; like ew. My hands also seemed to be tied to the headboard of the bed if I wasn't so creep out I probably would have said something like kinky to my host. I look up to see Samuel staring at me from across the room "Is this how you treat all the women you bring home, have to say not very impressed", "Well you know safety first' he retorted back, "Why am I here where is Valentino?" Making it back to the house was surreal, how in the hell did this happen the date was going so well everything was fine. As soon as I walk in Mateo and Symphoni are right there waiting "So what's the plan" Mateo askes me and for once I'm not sure here's what I do know 1. Samuel has Delanei. I can't just tell them that though now can I "Here's the plan we find Samuel save Delanei and I kill Samuel as slow as possible I want him to feel everything I'm going to do to him." 'I'd like to point out that Delanei, not some defenseless human she's a witch and a badass one at that' Symphoni points out which is true I hadn't realized just how powerful my little witch was until she took out all those vampires but still Samuel was a century-year-old vampire how long could she fend for herself. I needed to get her back not just for her sake but for my own sanity. My thoughts must have shown on my face because Mateo squeezed my shoulder "well get her back brother she'll be home soon we just have to be patient and smart we need a plan". I knew Mateo was right we need to be smart about this Samuel was dangerous and determine to have what eas mine once against but this time he won't win I refuse to lose my mate to that swine.
Delanei POV
'Hello is anyone out there hello I have to use the restroom" I got nothing if someone was guarding the door like I'm sure they were they ignored my plea. "HELLO THE HUMAN HAS TO PEE". Once he uncuffed me from the headboard he led me out of the room and down a hall " You have three minutes" I looked down at my still cuffed hands "Oh right but again if you try anything" his tone was warning enough, I nod my head in understanding. He uncuffs me and I go use the bathroom once I come out of the bathroom he goes to cuff me again. "Sorry sexy but I can't let you do that I TK him across and he hits the wall with a hard thud.Running down the hall I realized I don't know where I'm going I focus trying to get a feel of where I am. I find some stairs and go down them there are a couple vampires down there I set them on fire and continue to run down to the main floor. This place is huge, I run to these double door swinging them open I ran out the into the grounds. I hear shouts behind me they were approaching fast swinging my hands behind me never looking back people are screaming in pain so I know I'm hitting something. I run as fast as I can swing my hands wildly TK and setting fire to whoever is after me. I make it to a park I'm breathing heavy pulling out my phone I quickly dial Valentino's number 'Please answer please, please'
Valentino POV
Mateo and I were brainstorming when my phone rings "What", "Val- Val can you hear me" I pulled my phone away just to look at the number to make sure "Delanei?" "Yes -yes Val I need you I'm at a park A-" before she can finish I hear her screaming "LET ME GO, VAL"!! I can still hear whatever going on in the background as I rush to my car her phone wasn't on but now I can track her Mateo and Symphoni run out behind me. "We're coming too" I pull out the driveway speeding down the road.
Delanei POV
I dropped my phone "LET ME GO VAL" I screamed as a vampire grabbed me from behind wildly kicking my legs I get him in the groin he let's go falling down in pain quickly before he can recover his up in flames. I don't know how much longer I can do this I've never had to use my powers so much before. "You are something special, no wonder Valentino been keeping you so close" Samuel appears out of nowhere did I mention I was getting tired "Stay away from me I raise my hand to set him on fire when he quickly ducks out of the way I TK him into a tree that poor tree never stood a chance I continue to try and keep him away. "Come now Delanei don't you remember our night and how much fun we had? he smirks at me "NO" he face morph into one of fury "Too bad but that's okay we'll have more night's like that you can remember". "You're sick that well never happen". I felt myself getting drained but I knew I couldn't stop mustering up as much energy as I could I sent one last blast of fire at him I missed him fucking vampire speed. Lucky for me Samuel seemed distracted trying not to be set on fire he didn't sense Valentino and Mateo approaching. I watch as they took him down as I fell unconscious.
So I know I said I'd post on Thursday and Friday's for my stories and I will but I was in a good mood and this was just sitting in my drafts screaming POST ME POST ME so I listened and I'm posting but only this story so comment vote share I'd love more readers see ya Thursday
