Eleanor’s POV:

Louis started to bite and nibble on my neck when we heard a knock on the door. “Sir Louis.” A maid said poking her head in the door.

Louis groaned in annoyance and got off of me. My cheeks turned a shade of red at the interruption of our heated moment. “Yes?” Louis said.

“The Lady of the fire kingdom is here.”

What?! Mum’s here! She can’t see me! Louis groaned. “Fine… You want to come El?” He asked as he got up off the bed.

“No.” I quickly said. Louis raised an eyebrow but shrugged it off.

“Ok, wait here.” He said and left the room. Why was Mum here? Did she find out about us?! She can’t find out about us! Not yet…

Louis’ POV:

“What do you want?” I snapped at the mistress of fire.

She glared at me. “I just came to make sure that our agreement was still in order.” She growled at me.

I rolled my eyes. “Yes, of course. Why are you bringing that up now?” The fire and Ice have an agreement to not have war with one another or not bother each other and right now she’s bothering me, but she’s being civilized so I can’t do anything.

“Because you and Harry are going to become the new kings, and I wanted to make sure your head was on straight.” Other words she wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to break it.

“Yea, it is. You need to make sure your son’s is on right as well.”

“Oh it is sir.” She snapped.

I rolled my eyes again. “Well, if we’re done here, you can show yourself out.” I said and turned and left to go rejoin Eleanor.

Eleanor’s POV:

I heard everything Louis and my mother said. What agreement? Louis came back into the room and smiled at me. “What agreement?” I blurted out.

“For us not to bump heads with the fire kingdom.” He shrugged like it was nothing and sat down on the bed beside me.

“Why don’t the fire and ice kingdom like each other?” I asked.

He looked at me like I just asked what my name was. “It’s fire, and ice. We don’t mix.”

I chewed on my lip. I still don’t get why they can’t at least try to get along. Louis and I got along great, but of course he didn’t know I was the fire princess. “So, let’s say Harry had a sister, but you didn’t know she was the fire princess.” Louis had a raised eyebrow as I said this. I guess this is a way of telling him, without telling him. “And you fell for her and kissed her and…” I chewed on my lips more. “What would you do when you found out she was the fire princess?”

Louis still had his eyebrow raised in confusion. “I would leave her. Like I said fire and ice don’t mix. Besides that would never happen, Harry doesn’t have a sister.”  I felt my heart drop to my stomach with his statement. Does he really hate my family that much in which he would leave me? He wouldn’t even care about me anymore… Louis chuckled. “Why?”

“Well…” I shook my head and shrugged it off. “I was just thinking of a big fairy tale I guess… I thought you would choose love over hate.” I said standing up.

“Where are you going?” He asked.

I turned back to him and gave a fake smile. “Um, just to the restroom. I’ll be right back.”

He nodded once, the confused look still on his face. “Ok.”

I quickly went to Louis’ big bathroom and closed the door. I leaned against the sink and looked in the mirror. How could he say that? I always thought that love always overcame hate… I sighed.

“Eleanor?” Louis said through the door as he knocked lightly.

I sighed again and went to the door opening it and giving a fake smile. “Hi.” I simply said and walked past him and went to his bed again.

Louis sighed and walked over to me, squatting down so that his face was level with mine. “Something’s bothering you… What is it?”

I shook my head. “No, I’m fine.” I lied.

Louis shook his head seeing past my lie. “No you’re not, what’s wrong?” I didn’t answer. Louis sighed again. “Is it what I said? Why would that bother you so much?”

“I just… I thought you would choose love over hate… I don’t like it when people hate each other.”

Louis sighed for a third time. “Eleanor… I have never been in that situation so I can’t answer that question. I honestly don’t know what I would do… Depended on how much I loved her. If I loved her enough to die for her then… I would probably stay with her and… try to get along with the hot-heads” He said that last part through his teeth.

I smiled at his statement, besides the hot-head thing. “That’s sweet.” I giggled.

He smiled. “Yea I know, I’m the best.” He joked.

I laughed. “Yea sure.” I said playfully rolling my eyes.

“Oh, I know you just did not role your eyes at me.” Louis said with a playful tone.

“And what if I did?” I laughed.

“You’re going to get tickled again.” He said climbing on top of me and tickling me.
