Though there are ear-piercing squeals coming from the playground, your attention is solely fixated on the story you're reading.

A cheeky smile grace your face as a dejected sigh escape your lips. These own-shots are adorable, however.. they're making you sad since you know that they will never become a reality. "Stupid crush x reader one-shots.. curse the author for making them!"

"Oh? Who are you cursing?"

Your eyes flicker to the male beside you. Blushing profusely, you exit out of the reading app and proceed to tap on a new app; your tremulous fingers lead to the weather app. Are you serious..?!

Being the inquisitive male he is, his seeking (C/E/C) eyes trail to the screen. Instead of hearing a stentorian laughter he says, "How cute..! You, (Y/N), is on the weather app. How's the weather today?" His alluring, pink lips tug into a lopsided grin.

"I-It's fine.." you falter, averting your gaze to the side.

"Someone's embarrassed.." A poke to your cheek causes you to snap your eyes back to him.

As cheesy as it sounds, you're enthralled by his (C/E/C) eyes. "I know I'm attractive. Take a picture, it lasts longer!" He gently flicks your nose.

It would be best to look away, but honestly.. you wouldn't mind looking at him forever.

Noticing your dazed state, a guileful grin adorn his face. He leans in slowly, as if trying to elicit a reaction from you. Lacking a response, his lips press against your flushed cheek.

Promptly, you whack him on the head and cover your burning cheek. "Wh-What was that for..?"

(C/N) purse his lips and shield his head with his arms to preempt any future surprise whacks. "You were in another world so I had to snap you back to reality!"

"By kissing me..?" you mumble. You can still feel his lingering lips from not too long ago.

He nods as a smirk replaces his once pursing lips. "You know.. if you just turned your head slightly, we would've actually ki-"

And.. you fainted.
