This Chapter is in Reaper's perspective
Reaper munched on the last of his share of the beef jerky. He looked around, making sure his elite squad of 6 of his most trusted death knights was well fed. His newly promoted captain walked up to him. Reaper never bothered with names for his soldiers, soldiers were tools to be used, nothing more. "They have arrived," The death knight informed him. "Excellent," said Reaper as he stood up. A dark portal opened and one by one three people walked out. the first one was a dark elf wearing heavy steel armor and wearing a hood and cloak, with a bastard sword sheathed on his back. The second was a human warrior wearing even heavier steel armor complete with a helmet holding a menacing mace. The third was an abomination of a moon elf, riddled with scars all over his body, and wearing robes of woven metal and bearing a short sword. They all looked at Reaper and kneeled. "You have summoned us, Ausar," said the moon elf, "now what would you have us do.". Reaper winced as he heard his birth name, then resumed a straight face, "you may all rise," He calmly said as the warriors rose. "Ausar?", one of the death knights said as they unconsciously gripped their weapons. Ausar nodded. "Ausar the vile?", death knight questioned, "the dark lord?". Ausar nodded in confirmation again. The death knights all relaxed at once, "then the man we have been looking for was right under our skulls," and with that, the knights kneeled in unison. Ausar grinned, "you may all rise," he repeated. There were clangs of metal and the squeal of bone as the death knights rose. "Quetzokal," Ausar nodded at the dark elf, "Arear," Ausar nodded at the human, "and Hin-Lau," Ausar nodded at the moon elf, "you have all never failed me before, and I doubt that you will now, Sseth is active once again.". The three generals nodded as Ausar continued, "you know what we must do, this mission takes stealth, which is why I will only take you three along, he must never see it coming.". Ausar leaned closer as he discussed his plan.
