Renzo's POV:

"Alright, brats! Individuals will to be at wall duty at Trost, dismissed!"

The others and I walked into the dirty city of Trost.

I looked at Annie, then she looked back at me with a cold glare.

Man, why do I have to be on guard duty with her?

She doesn't think of me as a friend, but I do.

Plus, she can totally kick my ass just like last time with Reiner and Eren.

"Hey Jean, don't you live here?" Armin asked."

I take my direction to Jean. Not the happiest person, but he is confident to join the military police.

"Yeah, why?"

"Maybe you can visit her! It's been so l-"

"Shut up!" Jean snapped at Marco.

Geez. At least he still has his mother.

I, however, lost everyone I knew at Wall Maria.

I look back at the walls.

I swear, I'll free everyone from these walls after we defeat the titans!

"We're only here to work." I heard Jean muttered.

"It's not fair, you took them out before I did!" stupid horse face complained after the titan practice we had here in Trost, in case another titan invasion happens.

"It's not OUR fault you were slow." Sasha said.

"Shut up, potato girl!" Jean yelled.

"Hey, I thought everyone forgot that name?!" She yelled.

"Yeah I thought so too! why won't you apologize!" Connie supported Sasha.

"You little.." he said approaching closer to the duo.

I rolled my eyes and pushed Jean away.

"Just stop." I muttered.

I looked at Sasha and Connie doing their ninja poses,almost breaking my serious mood.

They are such idiots XD

I looked back at Annie, wondering if she kinda notice me.

I frowned when I saw her attention in Armin, who was talking to her.

How can that little nerd talk to THE Annie, but I can't.

I let out a sigh and tried to wash it away

If course, If I try, she won't notice at all.

I let out a huff and stand tall.

'Why do I care if she notices?! it's not like I have a crush in her!' I thought to myself.

There was that slight pain in the chest

"Fine, I dare you to a food contest!" Sasha said pointing to Jean.

"It's on!" Jean said

Are they really serious? Yeah I'm sure this is going to lead bad.

"Cooking contest, you say?" Commander Pixis.

It just gotten worst.

"Commander, are you really going to let this slide?" I asked. I knew Pixis very much when I was little, and he never make rash decisions, other than getting drunk.
