Bang! "Get up!"
I jolted up from my bed and stared into my dad's golden-brown eyes.
"I said, get up!"
"I'm getting up," I said trying to hide the tiredness in my voice.
"About time, you have 15 minutes," he said and walked out slamming the door behind him. Slowly, I got out of bed and walked towards the window.
"Why do you even bother staying here? I mean think about it, you get bullied for your eyes and you don't even know why you have them. And even if you do find your mate, he'll probably reject you." Nikky, my wolf, said.
"Oh wow, look who's stating the obvious"
"Hey, Don't be sarcastic with me!" I giggled a little and then cut the mindlink.
"Lizzy! You have 5 minutes! else I'm kicking you outside in your pajamas!"
Shit
I threw on pair jeans, sports bra, and a blue t-shirt. I quickly brushed my hair and ran downstairs into the kitchen.
"Here you go," he said and gave me an egg and bacon toasted sandwich. I took it, grabbed my bag and started to walk to the door when dad stopped me.
"Where do you think you're going?"
"School, Where else would I go?"
He just stared at me blankly, so I walk out and to school.
"Must have been drinking again last night"
"No surprise there"
As I walked to school, I tried to avoid everyone. But that was impossible, so I just tried to ignore all the stares while I walk to class.
===time lapse- noon===
I had just finished sorting out my locker, someone thought that it would be funny to fill it with crazy spray, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was Molly. She's the one who bullies and teases me the most.
All at once I got the smell of caramel and the ocean. Someone grabbed me and pulled me around the corner. Sparks went off where he had grabbed and I looked up to see who it was and found myself staring into ocean blue eyes.
"Mate?"
"No, it can't be. I'm not even 18 yet!"
It was Jason, son of the current Alpha.
"It had to be you"
"That's why I'm about to do this. I, Jason Michel, soon to be Alpha of the Double Star pack, reject you Lizzy Mckenzie to be my mate and Luna of this pack"
"*sigh*I, Lizzy Mckenzie, accept your reject to be your mate and Luna of the Double Star pack.
He then handed me my school bag and walked away like nothing had ever happened. But left me, looking like I've seen a ghost and annoyed that it had to be him.
At that point, I couldn't think of even staying for more than a second. And that's exactly what I was going to do. Leave
