NOT WHAT IT SEEMS

Ella And Sean

"Yes I did".

Pause.

"Why are you asking me you're the adult!"

Pause.

"Urrr...yours. If you didn't know beyond this then you shouldn't have suggested this trip Cooper and leave me hanging half way!"

Pause.

"How could you! When we get back I am going to-"

Pause.

"He..."

"Hung..."

"Up.... "

"On..."

"Me!"

"He hung up?" In disbelieve. 

"He hung up!" Now livid.

"Ella?!"

"Oh, hey Sean" she said trying to calm down.

"I heard you yellin"

"Yea, about that. That was... you... urgg... errm..."

With a sigh she walked over to me indicating we sit and talk.

"Sean I know we agreed on a no work things but I just need to perfect my Pipper voice for an upcoming episode".   

"Yeah ok. This place is becoming boring anyway" I say getting up.

"No!"

"What the- Ella why are you grabbing my shirt".

"This has got to end".

"What are you talking about?"

"Your sappy attitude. She left you for your friend so what, there are other girls around you Sean, single ones. Take a pick!"

"You don't get it "

"No, you don't Ok, I had to leave WiFi, civilization and my friends to come to this- uninhabited... place to get you back to your old self but you still whiny just cuz a girl left-"

"She's not just Ella!" I interrupted my voice raising. "Riele is not just any girl alright, she's the girl. The girl for me" I continued my voice dropping a few octaves at the last phrase.

Man, Sean's really donzo. His eyes were teary and had a hurt and mournful look in them.

It was as though someone died but before I could reach him to give a comforting hug, he walked off.

Later I decided his alone time is over and now we needed to talk so I walked to his hunched frame dangling his feet in the stream.

"Scene one". He said before I could reach him surprising but confusing me at the same time.

"Huh?"

"The first time I felt something was when we shot HD's first scene".

Flash back

"Can we talk about my birthday party now"

Charlotte walking towards Jasper with an irritated look.

"Hmm... do I have to slap a boy?".

Present

"That was it. She just had me then. But I just didnt realise how strong it was what I felt for her until she rejected me".

I didn't know what to say. I had nothing worth saying at moment anyway so I just let him talk on.

"You know when I kissed her that day in my dressing room I was so happy because I knew she liked me back. I had it all planned right there and then how I'd ask her to be mine".

"Sean"

"It hurts Ella. It hurts a lot"

Feeling palms on my face I turned to meet her determined gaze.

"We will get through this together"

"H... how?"

"I don't know and don't care but before we leave here I promise that you shall be fine, better even"

"Ok" I replied but not so certain.

Ella was trying I knew she was,  but the only person that could. Make all better again was her.

Just her.

Ok let's leave doc Ella to her work and get back to our lovebirds.
Next chapter would be focused on Jaele.
