Chapter 14. Evil One Revealed

~Raven POV~

After returning to the school, I walked around until I was found by something black. It was Corax and he landed in my arms, I hugged him tight. I was so happy that he wasn't hurt, next to appear was Nikki. She came running to me with a worried look on her face. She smiled and hugged me tight saying that she knew I was coming back. I smiled and asked her to tell me everything that's been happening since I let.

"Well Caspian convinced Logan that Lora is the darkness." She said, I knew it. Something was off about her since the moment I heard her voice over the phone. "We're planning on stopping her." She said that and a crack of lightening echoed throughout the place and shoot down from the sky. We knew something was going down so we ran in that direction, to find Caspian, Ryan and Logan standing in front of Lora. She looked pissed.

"You dare turn against me!" She screamed and used her powers to force the boys to the ground.

"Ryan!" Nikki shouted, Lora turned to find us. She frowned and looked even more pissed off.

"Why can't you just die!!!" She screamed as dark magic captured us, Caspian and Ryan tried to get up but were forced down again.

"Why are you doing this?!" I shouted, she smiled.

"Because the moon had wronged me." Was all she said before gathering all of us, we were tied to these poles that came from the ground. Black tentacles kept us in place, Lora had us around the huge burn pit. I could tell that we were in the places that shaped a star, she was going to kill us. Why? The moon has wronged her, what did the moon do?

"The moon has done nothing to you so please stop this act Lora. There's still time to receive forgiveness." Logan said, he was still on the ground.

"No! The moon will pay for what she did to me. She was the one who cursed me!" She shouted, now it make sense. Even for a witch, love with a mortal is bad news so it's the same for a vampire. Lora? That name meant something to the moon but what?

"Lamia." I said, she looked at me in rage. "You are Lamia." I said she came over and slapped me.

"I am not her! I will never be her!" She was mad now, very mad and that was showing me the truth. She is Lamia, the queen that became a child eating demon. The moon must have cursed her as a punishment. Now she wants to kill the moons light.

"You can't kill the moon. If you do then everything will die." I told her, she laughed.

"What can you do about it? I will kill the moon as my revenge but I couldn't do that as a human so when I was Marked I knew that I needed power. That's why it's taken me so long but no more. I will now punish you!" She shouted up at the moon. She lite the fire and began chanting, black shadowy figures grow closer to her.

"You must stop!" I shouted but she wasn't listening, we all were trying to get out to stop her but we couldn't move. "Please!" I pleaded with her, the moon, my goddess. I have to save her. The darkness grow bigger and was about to shoot up into the sky. "NO!!" I screamed as we all were now in pain.

"Watch as your mother dies!!" Lora shouted, time stopped. My mother. I can hear my goddess voice in my head, she spoke latin again.

"My sweet daughter, please forgive me for never telling you. I must let you go and you must live in the land of mortals. Know this, no matter how long we are apart, I shall never stop loving you. Until we meet again, Blessed Be." The goddess, no my mothers voice echoed within me. I know who I am now, whose child I truly am. The moons light, is me. So she is trying to kill me, I wont let that happen. I'll stop her, Demon please leave my body. Let me release the power of my birth right! I felt the power flowing into me from my mothers light.

"I WONT LET YOU!!!!"
