Ok i so I have a thing with clear skin it is like my dream. I have HUGE pores. So I have to use all these tricks to have my skin clear. after I used these easy tricks I went from more zits then I can count and now it is five at most usually 0-1!!!! Ok so here i go.
HANDS OFF! no no no you have germs hands and I don't care who you are sorry but germs just happen. And piping won't help eather it will just stay longer.
I day no make up. this seams like it's not a big deal but it is! you a need your skin to breath and that clean makeup is not actually good for your skin sadly it is just better so a day a week where you skin can breath can help a lot!
Fruit and veggies. self explanatory there great for everything :)
After you work out wash your face. (should include neck and chest to and back!)
Moisturize! Easy get oil free non clogging SPF lotion at Walmart or where ever it doesn't need to be fancy it just needs to work!
Water water water!!! I can not stress this enough water has so many benefits like seriously look it up!
Switch your pillow case every 2-7 days. this helped me so much honestly half of my acne went away because of this!!! there is so so so much crud on your pillow think about it make up dirt hair products maybe someone's dead foot skin idk but it's actually nasty. Did you know that after two years your 33% of your pillows weight is dust mights, there poop, and your dead skin? yah so idk how to avoid that but I'll write a chapter about it later on :)
Hot showers? make them short :,( yes I know but got showers strip essential oils :(
Clean your make up brushes! I early do this like once a month I think and your supposed to every two weeks. over half of the woman in America never clean there brushes but I bet it helps a little and every bit counts!
Lay off the chocolate! I know I know it is so good but it's bad for your thighs tummy arms and completion! I know it seams hard but actually chocolate is addicting like a drug I guess. So my mom is a health freak like ALL organic everything in our refrigerator is like the same three ingredients that are good for us and the enviorment! and we also have white vinegar in everything and I mean everything our shampoo our, counter cleaner our window wiper etc. is all vinegar and soap or just vinigar. we also use it to kill dandilions! anyway back to the point it is proven that is you don't eat chocolate for two weeks you won't crave it so badly (I need to do this agin) it worked for me last time but then I had chocolate cake at a party and went all chocoholic agin! they should have an CA (chocoholic anonymous ) meeting. So yah say no to chocolate!
Clean your phone! like the pillow lots of germs!
Get some sleep! i actually forgot how this helped!!! ahhhh! but I know it dose lol sorry actually in tired right now but I will survive!
Take off makeup when not needed!
So yah there are more ways yo I'll write another chapter later I need sleep so I can have great skin though! nighty night :)
