Ok so awhile back i put on 15pounds! and I am a very short girl so this is how I lost all the weight plus more I lost 20 instead!
The first thing I did was get an app to count calories and give me a plan I was aloud 1199 calories a day to loose 20 pounds In four months. the app I used was called my net diary pro an it only lets you loose 2 pounds a week so you will stay healthy and you can use it after to stay at your goal weight :) with this app you put in the amount of activity you do daily not including work outs then weight, Hight, age, etc. and it will show you how many calories to eat a day depending on how much you want to loose in a certain time and how tall you are.
After I got the app i went and bought low calorie TV dinners for lunch seeing as my mom makes healthy dinners weary night I only worried about lunch. I got lean cuisines because they were on sale for two bucks a meal or ten meals for twenty bucks. they were pretty good but they didn't fill me up until I got used to only eating that much for a meal and now they are actually quite filling.
CRAVINGS! oh gosh this killed me I love chocolate so I found a solution I went to the store and bought 90 calorie bars I like chocolate brownie with peanut butter they also have cookie dough I forgot the brand but there 90 calorie bars you can find at wall mart with the granola bars. luna bars are also great but they are meal bars so maybe for breakfast?
Milk. oh gosh I love milk but it has so many calories I mean it's crazy I drink a cup every two days unless I have Yogurt or sometimes I break down and get froyo.
Work outs. I hate working out so so much so I found other things to do but I still work out at least once a week (I should do it more) but if your like me and don't like to work out try swimming with friends or hiking is ok two or what I do is when ever I watch a movie I at least walk on the tread mill or when I watch tv work out during commercials.
Ok so when I went on a diet all I could drink was water but I eventually went and bought crystal light pure fruit punch or grape and used half a packet a day just because they are so strong plus it's only 15 calories a serving which is half a packet. I also bought tea and don't add sugar! make sun tea I like earl grey from i think it's called simple something it is actually pretty good with out sugar but you can add natural honey.
NO FAKE SUGAR! I'm not going to name company's because I don't want to bash them but my mom gets her sugar at some natural store and it's 100% natural. fake sugars actually trick your body and can cause you to gain weight and they are proven to help cause cancer😳!
