So I used to be an insomniac and these are things that helped me sleep:)
A scented oil for sleeping at bath and body works
No coffee
Exorcize
Water actually (I swear water solves any problem)
And no electronics before bed!!! I know it sucks no amazing stories on watt pad before bed but It will help
And setting a sleeping schedule for every day I like 9:30 or 10 at night ten I wake up between 5:30-6 on weekdays and whenever on weekends usually six then I lay in bed till seven or eight.
So I also started having trouble waking up my freshman year I guess all the drama and stuff wore me out. here are tips to waking up in the AM!
so I herd about this app for measuring your sleep and then it wakes you up when it will be easiest for you to wake up it is called "sleepy cycle" it works pretty well because it wakes you up when you are at your lightest stage of sleep. you can set times for it to wake you up like mine is 5:30 to 6 but I am going to change it to 4:30 to 5 because that is when I am in a very light sleep and won't be groggy ( I know this because it sets up charts ) it might not be for every one but I love it!
Also if you take a shower when you get up that tends to somewhat wake me up but not to much.
Something that dose get me to wake up is knowing I have a really yummy breakfast that will be gone if I don't wake up in time
Also if I get up and make a nice cup of coffee and do my hair and makeup sitting down and watching a movie <3
I know I said no coffee but I have no control!!!! I actually want to own a coffee shop when I get older :)
So there are some sleeping tips hope it helped of you have some tell me I would love to know more :)
