Chapter 1

I literally just ended the first story I'm trash. Welcome everyone to the sequel that wasn't intended at all but glad it's happening anyway. If you think last story was good this is hopefully gonna be better.... and planned.

(Y/N) P.O.V
The next day I walked down to the trailer to check on Jughead. I knocked on the door and he came out in his typical S shirt and jeans.
"Oh (Y/N) hi how are you?"
"Ok, still recovering from last night but what about you?" I asked
"Oh I'm doing ok, come in" I walked in and Jughead closed the door behind me
"Are you going to see him today?"
"Yeah this afternoon actually" I nodded and we sat down on the couch
"I told my mom"
"And?"
"She's coming"
"Really? Jug that's great" Is what I wanted to say but I saw the look on his face that thought differently
"You don't want her to come?" I asked
"It's complicated, it's always been complicated." I nodded
"At least she's coming though that's something" Jughead nodded and I placed my hands over his
"It's gonna be ok, I know it seems a bit dark right now but we have each other and we have our friends" Jughead nodded

"There's something else you should know too"
"What?" I asked
"Last night when I came home, the Southside Serpents were waiting for me, they want me to join them, and before you say anything let me explain. (Y/N) let's face it this town is changing wether people want to admit it or not. Secrets are coming out, fathers are killing their sons, who knows what's next I want to protect you, you and everyone else and this is the only way to do it. The Serpents have my back." I took a deep breath in and out
"If you trust them Jug"
"I do"
"and I trust you" I leaned in and gave him a kiss, his hand went up to cup my cheek
"I love you" I said
"I love you too" he replied

That day we went to the police station and talked to FP along with Archie Veronica and Betty.
"Dad how did you get here?" Jughead asked
"I was in the wrong place at the wrong time"
"I need more then that" FP sighed
"The kid wanted to run away from home, he was dealing some drugs with us but when he didn't show we figured he went awale. It wasn't until later that we pieced together everything and Jason's body floating on the river was the finale piece in the puzzle.

"Why did he want to run away?" Jughead asked
"Said he wanted to run away with his girlfriend,start a new life together"
"With Polly?" Betty asked
"Yeah that's it, said he planned on marrying her. Poor kid he had his whole life ahead of him." It was silent for a minute
"So why are they keeping you here?" Veronica asked
"They found a gun in the trailer, same one that was used to shoot Jason"
"What?" Jughead asked
"It must have been planted there" Archie said
"By who?" Betty asked
"Well Clifford Blossom for one" I said
"Damn it" Jughead said
"The best thing you can do is stay out of it that includes all of you"

We nodded and left shortly afterwards we spent the rest of the day just relaxing and recovering from last night. Even Cheryl came while we were at Pops and we gladly welcome her.
"So Archie my moms coming" Jughead said later that night at Pops
"When?" Archie asked
"I don't know she didn't tell me, only that she's and Jellybean are coming"
"That's great" Betty said smiling
"Yeah.... do you guys have any alcohol?" Jughead asked then laughed,
we all joined in it was the first time I had laughed in a few days and it felt nice, it felt normal like the whole town wasn't going to shit just outside.
