Chapter Sixteen

Sarah's pov

Urhg, Niall has been acting so damn weird lately, but I have no idea why. I have the feeling something happened the day we went out, because he has been acting weird ever since that day. I hope I didn't do something stupid what would make him hate me, because I really don't want that, since I kind of decided to make my feelings official... But not to him. I like him, as in more than a friend, but he doesn't really need to know because it won't solve this problem.

Suddenly my phone lights up, getting my thoughts to something else. It’s an new email, I open it and read it.

"Hi there Sarah,

I wanted to thank you for the mail you've send me. I don't really know what you expect, but if it means a lot to you I am willing to make some times free. I would love to meet up; maybe we can get some coffee at Starbucks today?

I'll be waiting for your response.

Greets Jai Cox"

Wait what is he talking about? Which mail?

I quickly look through my send items and click the first mail, which is directed to Jai. Apparently I've send him something a couple of days ago.

"Hi Jai,

You probably don't know me, or you might do I don't know. My name is Sarah Carlson and I am from the US. I would love to meet up with you because I have something very important to tell you... Or maybe asks you. It has to do with your past and it might chance my whole life.

Thank you, greets Sarah"

Without even thinking I send him a mail back saying that it's fine with me. We make an appointment at three o'clock at the Starbucks in Kent street, while my nerves start to grow.

NIALLS POV

Sarah forced me to go with her, but I actually don't want that. The fact that she just doesn't know what happened that night we went out, is just weird. And if she knows, I really wonder why she doesn't tell me. It isn't like I start talking about it, but she doesn't either so...

"Sarah, chill a bit. I am here with you, so nothing bad will happen" I tell her putting a comforting arm around her, trying not to show her I am annoyed by her hyperactivity and just by her in genuine.

"Dude, no chilling allowed. What if I regret this? Or if I chicken out? Urgh struggles" she says pushing my arm away.

"Alright, then have fun with being nervous and stuff because I am going chill my bum off"

We walk into Starbucks and search for a nice table. We are a bit early, because Isa couldn't stop being annoying, and waking around. I put her into a seat while I get some coffee.
