"Here you go, have a good day!" You gave the teenage girl your 'please don't come back' smile. You walked to a few tables cleaning up the mess until you saw the girl you've been going crazy for walk up to the counter closing her book and looking for someone to take her order. You smiled and rushed over to the counter jumping in front of her.
"Hey! Do you want your usual?" You smiled looking at her.
"Yes please. You know the name?"
"Audrey." You stated and wrote down on the cup. You poured black coffee into it and added for sugar.
"Here you are." You smiled handing the cup over to her and taking off the apron.
"How much?" Audrey asked sipping at it.
"On the house for you." You smiled walking around the counter and sitting down at one of the booths.
"Mind if I join?" Audrey questioned inching her way over to the table.
"Not at all." You smiled over at her.
She sat down putting a napkin under her coffee and taking her book out.
"What book are you reading?" You asked trying to read the cover.
"Wuthering Heights." She said moving the book to the side and putting her elbows on the table, looking at you.
"That's one of my favorite books!" You exclaimed excitedly.
"Same! This is like my sixth time re reading it." She laughed.
"It's such a good book. Maybe sometime we should have a book club." You laughed at the thought of reading your favorite book with your crush. What are the odds."
