My Darling

Chapter 2

We saw a table where yunhyeong waited.

As I was about to sit down next to yunhyeong, junhoe quickly pushed me away and takes the seat instead. I sat down on a chair in front of junhoe and just glared at him.

As I was doing my revision, junhoe made paper planes and threw them at me. I was so annoyed I threw them back but it hit yunhyeong instead. Junhoe laughed and I apologized to yunhyeong who is blushing.

2 hours later..

'Junhoe-ah I wanna go home' I whined
'I have to finish this' he said trying to solve his math practice.
'Here.. Let me do it for you' I offered
'Haish' he sighed and gave me his book.

As soon as he gave me his book I looked at the questions carefully and solved them quickly.

'Woah' he said with his mouth wide open.
'Can we go now?'
'Ye.. Yeah' he stuttered
'Yunhyeong-ah let's go' I called him over and giggled when he almost fell off his chair.

Junhoe's POV

Aeri keeps smiling at yunhyeong. She keeps laughing at his jokes and she almost sat beside him but I sat there instead.

As we got in the car, yunhyeong opened the car door for her.

'She can open the door herself' I muttered but  they didn't hear  me.
'Aishh..you don't have to' aeri said, blushing.
'It's okay aeri-ah' yunhyeong smiled as he held the door for her.

What the heckk! I bet she's having fun going on a "date" with her crush. Going for hot dogs and making eye contact the whole day.

After we send yunhyeong home, i asked aeri a sudden  question  to  break  the awkward  silence.

'Aeri-ah'
'Hm?' She turned her  face  to face me.
'Do you  still  like  yunhyeong?'
'What?? Noo!' She  said but i know she lied because she  looked like  she  did  something  wrong.
'Really?' I smirked.
'I don't...'
'Don't lie to me aeri-ah' I interrupted.
'Why did you bring him  to the library with  us?'
'I thought you'd like it' I stopped when the light turns red and faced her.
'No way, he doesn't like me  anyway' she  crosses  her  arms  and  frowned.
'He never said he doesn't like you..' I said.

Aeri's eyes lit up and stayed silent this time she sat still, playing with her fingers.

'Go' she said
'What?' I shot her a glare
'It's a green light, go!'
'Oh!'
'Aishh this kid' aeri giggled.
'Don't call me that!' I shouted
'Okay okay' she laughed and ruffles my hair

Aeri and her parents always ruffles my hair when I come over and basically anytime. I  actually  like  it  when  she  does  that.

After we talked and talked, we arrived at her house. She got out of the car and said our goodbyes.
Aeri's POV

I got home and ran to my room hurriedly and  jumped  on  my  bed.

'Aishh koo junhoe seriously' I whispered to myself.

'Aeri dear, are you in there?' My mom asked, waiting outside my room.

I ran to the door and opened it to see my mom.

'Is something wrong?' She asked.
'Nothing's wrong' I responded quickly.
'Why did you ran upstairs without telling us that you just got home? She asked with a worried look on her face.
'I was just excited to.. Umm.. Get to See yunhyeong again' I said and forced a smile.
'Oh okay' my mom smiled back and walked out the room.

I felt bad lying to my mom about what happened. I laid on my bed and thought about what junhoe said to me.

'He never said he doesn't like you ..'
