Chapter 12

Junhoe's POV

As soon as I got home, my mom asked me why I was late. I told her I was with Aeri. She smiled and continued baking her chocolate cupcakes. She told me to deliver the cupcakes to aeri's house after she finished baking them.

I ran up to my room to change. I took out my phone to text aeri to ask where she is.

Junhoekoo: where are you?
Aeri:) : almost there. Why?
Junhoekoo : my mom baked cupcakes and told me to deliver it to your house.
Aeri:) : oh, hyora's at home. My mom will be back this evening at probably 4..
Aeri:) : I'll text you when i get back home.
Junhoekoo : k.. Be safe
Aeri:) : I will 😆

She's so excited to go see yunhyeong.

Aeri's POV

As soon as we arrived at the cafe, an old woman approached us and gave yunhyeong a hug 'Yoyo!' She ruffled his hair. Then, she looked at me and smiled widely. She spread her arms out to hug me.

'Oh! Yoyo, who's this? She's beautiful!' She held both of my shoulders and then my face.
'This is my friend from my old school.' He smiled
'I'm Park Aeri' I  introduced  myself.
'I'm yunhyeong's grandmother, soon hee you can just call me Nana.' She smiled.
'Nice to meet you.' I blushed.

Grandmother?? The  heck. He  can  just  live  here  with  his  grandmother instead.

'What  are  you  doing  here?' She looked  at  yunhyeong up and down.
'I  was  just  bringing her  here  so  we  could  talk.' He smiled.
'Oh, Let's go inside.' She pointed at the cafe door.

I walked in the cafe full of cats. They're adorable. I walked near an adorable fluffy white cat and sat next to it . I patted it and fed it cat treats. Then, someone tapped my shoulder.

'you like it?' I turned around to see yunhyeong's grandmother.
'It's so cute!' I giggled as it got closer to me and sat on my lap.
'Well, are you interested in adopting one?' She smiled and Yunhyeong came with two cups of vanilla latte for us.
'Here you go.' He sat next to me and plays with the cat on my lap.
'Thanks yunhyeong..I would adopt one but my mom won't get me one.' I sighed.
'You're a  beauty.' Yunhyeong smiled when a cat approached him.
'I think I know just the right person who would adopt one.' I was thinking about Jennie.

Jennie loves cats especially playful cats with short legs. I asked my mom if we could get a cat for my birthday last year but she's afraid that I won't take care of the cat.

I'm gonna  get  Jennie  a  cat as  her  birthday present. She  couldn't stop  talking  about  getting  one  but  she  didn't get  one because she's saving  money to buy other  things.

I really want this cat it's calm and very fluffy. I want it so bad.

I'll ask my mom again if I could get a cat this year. I would like to help Nana soon hee by adopting one of these cuties. Maybe two. She left Yunhyeong and I alone to talk.

'Soo.. What is it that you wanna talk about?' I picked up the cat that was sitting on my lap.
'I thought you knew?' He turned  to  look  at  me.
'Knew what?' I started petting the cat that I was holding.'
'That I am going back to your school.' He grinned.
'Oh my God, really?' I put the cat down and hugged him.
'Really.' He  laughed  and hugged me  back tightly.

I almost knocked him over. If I knocked him over that would be pretty much over for me. But.. is he going to stay here with his parents? Or is he staying with his grandmother?
