Maddie's POV

As I turn my eyes, I was shocked.

Oh my god... It's Tyler.

Umm, so I have to go, I said to Hayes

Wait why? He said nervously

Haley might be worrying about me she's gonna come back in the mall to find me any minute.

Text me then!!! He screamed while I was running out the store but it was too late.

"Oh hi Maddie! Are you here with Haley?"

No, well yeah I'm actually just leaving now she's waiting for me outside, I said.

Hayes is looking at me and Tyler talking. Oh crap

I quickly made up an excuse.

I gotta go Haley just texted me, byeee and I ran off leaving Tyler speechless.

He gave me a weird look. I just ignored it and waved good bye. I totally forgot! I needed to go to Starbucks! Shit.

I waited in line and thought it was a good idea to text Haley real quick.

M-hey I'm still in line. I'll be out in a couple minutes.

H- okay hurry up!

I put my phone in my pocket and grabbed my moms drink. Or should I say mine. I'll probably drink it when I get home. After that I pushed my way through the crowds of the mall to exit. Some of the girls left but there's still slot running around looking for Nash and Hayes.

Hayes' POV

That guy Maddie was talking to looks really familiar . Too familiar...

It took me a couple minutes and then a light bulb went off.

It's that boy Haley took a picture with on twitter!

My temper began to boil. Did he see Haley?What if Haley and him talked? Did he flirt with her?

He walked into Pacsun, and glanced at me. I think he knows who I am...

He walked around the store and got annoyed from all the girls. Later he finally walked up to me.

Uhh, are you Hayes? He asked

Yes I am, I replied.

Wow! My sister is a huge fan, can I have your autograph for her?

Yeah sure what ever, i said rudely. I can't be nice to him. He's the one that's trying to steal Haley from me.

He handed me a piece of paper and a pen. I quickly signed the paper and gave if back to him.

Uh oh now the questions are starting up. This kid is too curious. He needs to just shut up. Okay Hayes. You have make up a lie. He can't know that Maddie and I had a conversation. If he tells Haley that we did, she'll be soo mad at Maddie and I. It would be too hard to explain. I finally spoke up.
