Epilogue

(Ok so I lied this is the last chapter of this book)

I woke up on the day of our date. We hadn't had a real "date" in a while considering Daniel is busy with the band and I just got a new job. I look over and see my sleeping baby on the other side of me. I figured I should go home since I had been staying here so often. I got up and wrote Daniel a little note so he wouldn't worry about me and headed home.

I walked through the front door and was about to head upstairs when I heard a loud noise and yelling.
L: "who's there" I hear him yell
K: "Donald trump who do you think it is" I roll my eyes as I see him come around the corner with a frying pan in his hand.
L: "oh hey stranger"
K: "Logan why do you have that" I say pointing to the pan.
L: "well you're never here so I thought you were an intruder"
K: "what about the other people that live in this house" I question
L: "I make mistakes okay"
K: "trust me I know" I laugh
L: "so why are you home"
K: "well I'm never here and I have to get ready anyway so I thought I'd come over"
L: "get ready for what"
K: "my date with with Daniel"
L: "Daniel Daniel Daniel that's all you talk about"
K: "your the one who asked me anywho where's my kong doggy" I say
L: "first off he's not yours second off outside" I walk outside and Kong comes running over to me.
K: "hi puppy" I say and play with him for a while before heading back inside. Daniel was picking me up at 5 so I had about 6 hours before he came. Logan wanted me to do some skit for his vlog so I spent all of that time helping him. Before I knew it, it was about 4:00 so I ran upstairs to get ready. I curled my hair and put on my makeup. I spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out my outfit before I finally figured it out.

I heard the doorbell ring so I ran downstairs to get it.
K: "I got it" I tell Logan who was walking to the door. I pull it open and see him. He was wearing all black as per usual but still looked so perfect.
D: "wow my girlfriends hot" he says hugging me
K: "my boyfriends pretty cute too" I smile at him. I hear Logan fake puking behind me, we both turn around to look at him.
L: "sorry you guys are just gross" we both roll our eyes at him.
D: "well we have to go"
K: "bye Logan" I say grabbing Daniels hand.
L: "no smashing" I hear him yell from inside. I walk up to Daniels car before realizing it's a pickup truck.
K: "Daniel why do you have a truck" I ask
D: "it's a surprise" he grins at me. I hop in and we drive to a pretty fancy restaurant. It was really fun getting to spend time with Daniel even though we were with each other everyday, we never ran out of things to talk about. After eating and laughing, but mostly eating for a while we left.
K: "where are we going" I ask when Daniel went passed our exit.
D: "that's for me to know and you to find out" he states putting his hand on my thigh. I turned up the volume on the radio and we sang and danced in our seats the whole way to our secret destination. When Daniel parks I look around to see we are in the middle of a giant field.
K: "Daniel what are we doing" I ask as I get out of the car.
D: "I thought it would be cute to put pillows and blankets in the back and watch the sunset and stars" he says cutely
K: "aww that's so romantic" I say.
D: "I have something first though" I look at him as he walks closer.
D: "Kirstin I knew from the moment I saw you walk in that day that we would end up together. I've never been so happy in my entire life you truly make me the happiest man on earth. You mean the absolute world to me Kit" he pulls out a box from his pocket.
K: "Daniel" I saw confused
D: "don't worry" he opens it "it's a promise ring. I love you and I want to be your forever, so Kirstin will you be my forever" he says.
K: "yes" I said through tears. He slips the ring on my finger and I grab him into a hug.
K: "I love you so much Daniel"
D: "I love you more"
K: "not possible" we pull away and he kisses me. We walk over to the truck and hop inside.

We lay there for hours watching the sunset and then the stars. I loved talking to Daniel I never wanted it to end. As I layed there and listened to him talk, laugh, and truly care about me I knew in that moment that he's the one.
