She's petrified of walking alone in the dark, but someone lead her further until she can see no more. Eyes closed and fingers crossed she listened to the voices telling her to go on, hopeful that once again her pupils would be greeted by the bright street lights outside where safety is certain. Nevertheless in here, she was caged and her surroundings were obscured by darkness.
She could hear the dripping of her own sweat, beating of her heart in her chest, and the vague sound of shallow breathing from a distance. It caught her attention as she refrained from her steps; "Hello?" she called out, expecting an immediate reply from anyone. From anybody at all so she could know she wasn't completely alone. What has she gotten herself into?
"I-Is anyone there?" Her voice trembled along with her bones. "Please, talk to me."
There was shuffling from where the breathing came from, and now she was certain there was someone else lurking in the seemingly eternal darkness in front of her. If only she could use her flashlight right there, but she's dropped it a few moments ago when stuff broke loose, and now she was incapable of doing anything about it.
The cry of thunder from the skies broke the silence she once was terrified of, eliminating the tension building from inside her chest, only for it to spontaneously return when the flash of lightning poured some light into the broken walls of the windows.
A figure..
There was someone standing a few feet away from where she was, and she wasn't so sure by the brief amount of time their eyes locked, but he was angry. His face was rather extremely pale and his lips were blackened by time.
She needed to run.
There was a saying she reminded herself; "If your eyes ever locks into the eyes of the unholy, then you have just seen hell, and your sanity is no more for deception will find its way upon luring you in."
She ran, her feet going through anywhere without knowing where to head to. This place was maze; a maze for demons and angels and myths. And she wasn't any of those, she wasn't even supposed to be there in the first place. This was the thing she was the most afraid of encountering.
"Stop." The voice said, and her feet suddenly refrained from running, the feeling of an unusually frigid hand on her wrist, freezing her in her position. A hand then recklessly shoved itself into the pockets of her jeans, pulling out whatever the contents of it were.
The flash lightning illuminated the windows again, and this time she held her breath. The sight of the tall man's face inches away from hers, in his grasp a familiar sharp object, the metal glinting from her eyes. "There's no way out."

Hey guys, it's ya boi, skinny penis.
Lol hahaha I'm sorry I'm pathetic but anyway, yes this is the start of a new story I'm writing and I hope you're liking it so far. I won't put long ass author notes at the end of every chapter I'll write so I'mma just put it here to clarify stuff. I'm so fucking excited for this and I hope you'll support this just like how you did with Ignorance. It'll mean the world to me ♥
I'll most definitely post the first chapter next week, so hopefully you'll stay tuned.
K bye.
