3rd person's pov.

After the event, Tsuna was send to Shamal quickly. Shamal immediately treat Tsuna and send to emergency room.

All of his guardians are waiting outside of the emergency rooms specially Kyoya and Reborn who's now in an adult form thanks to Tsuna. Both are more worried about the condition of Tsuna.

Tsuna was not badly injured yet that substance that was injected by Ignacio is sure scary and deadly, why because Tsuna's neck was cover with dark, black vines like struggling Tsuna to death and its spreading on Tsuna's body.

9 hours of waiting. Lambo and Chrome fell asleep which Takeshi and Ryohei gladly volunteer to bring those two home. Hayato wants to stay but his Sister needs him for something (Hayato can't never disobey his sister unless he want to eat Bianchi's special cake.) So only Kyoya and Reborn was left.

Kyoya was more worried than he is, he can't forgive his failure for his Omnivore. His Omnivore already suffer those past time, from the moment Tsuna was born and until now, but still Tsuna can hide his suffering towards that warm and acceptable smile.

Reborn never thought that Luce gave the sky pacifier to the right sky, the right sky who will someday bring his normal body and normal life back. Yet, Tsuna was strong yet fragile. Tsuna was like a mirror that has more cracks than it is and one bad move the mirror will brake. He never thought, Tsuna was the sky Arcobaleno but he had already had the feeling that Tsuna is the right sky, due to the fact that Tsuna is warm and acceptable.

After 9 hours, Shamal went out of the emergency room and Reborn immediately gave shamal a look that Shamal should talk.

"Tsuna is currently.... Not in a well state." Shamal said sheepishly.

"Get to the point." Reborn said coldly.

"Tsuna is being poisoned by an unknown poisoned which cause internal bleeding on his body, his weak immune system can take the much of the blood lost...so... His currently under a state of near Coma. If his not going to wake up in 5 days that means he'll be in Coma, but... if he will wake within those days and that will be it.... But I need to tell you, the poison was still on his body, slowly killing him yet his sun + purity of his sky flames is keeping him alive though." Shamal said.

Kyoya was about to fall from his knees, his Omnivore is in near Coma? How can he let this happen? this is not suppose to happen.

Reborn tilt his Fedora down and think Tsuna is in near by death. Now shamal mention that the poison was unknown.

"Shamal, can you gave me a sample of the poison that Tsuna has?" Reborn said more like order.

"Yup, I could. But I don't think you will the one who will need it. Verde is quite good help to find what is it and maybe finding a cure to it. But.... Verde is still a child isn't he? " Shamal said.

"Wait? You knew Tsuna was the holder of the sky pacifier?" Reborn said more like a demand.

"Nope, but judging from your form and from what you just said I just know." Shamal said.

Now shamal excuse hisself and let the nurse transfer Tsuna on a private room.

Kyoya was the first one who stay and Visit at Tsuna's side. While Reborn is also on the other side.

"My sky, pls wake up. Everybody needs you, I need you. Be well soon." Reborn said as he look at the sleeping beauty on the bed.

Tsuna was always weak, fragile and too nice. He always end up laying on the bed looking pale as ever like a dead person and suffer the pain alone. Reborn curse hisself for not being there all along on his sky side.

His phone suddently rang, so he excuse hisself and went outside of room.

"Hello.Reborn-san? Did you know where Ie-kun is? He didn't come home last night, I'm worried."

Reborn curse hisself again. How will he suppose to tell Nana that baka-namitsu was killed? was killed by that Stupid bastard Jerk and burn his student alive.

Ienamitsu may be selfish but for Reborn his still his student, and when this kind of situation happen means reborn failed, and Reborn doesn't accept failure. He'll be sure to hunt that man down.

"reborn-san?"

That Nana voice again, he don't know what to say. Ienamitsu is dead because of Tsuna. If he say that probably Nana will go on the rampage and kill Tsuna, more importantly how is he going to tell the ninth about this whole mess up thing, everything is a mess.

"Sorry Nana, I think Ienamitsu is just a little bit frustrated and don't want to come home yet, don't worry his fine....His with me... Training." Reborn lied.

"Oh? Ok then, but be sure his going home tonight. Iemitsu just call and said his going to meet Ienamitsu are only son together with his boss."

First Reborn was shock. WHAT? The 9th and baka-mitsu will be visiting? This is not great, this mess wasn't solve yet. Reborn cursed.

Second, that again Nana said only son, Then what's Tsuna to her? Useless? This event won't even happen if she gave enough love for both of her sons. Tsunu is a good son, his warm yet acceptance smile was delightful and can make everyone happy. Why did Nana hate Tsuna?

This is it, he needs answer. First he need to tell ninth what happen before he demand an answer from Nana.

"Hello Timeo? Meet me at the namimori park together with baka-mitsu. I need to tell you something." Reborn said with that he walk far away from the hospital but not saying goodbye to his sky.

"Pls wake up my sky. Your such an idiot you know that! Be well soon Sawada Tsunayoshi, Vongola Decimo, My sky." Reborn said in his mind before leaving.

Kyoya on the other hand, hold the right soft hand of his sky.

"Sawada Tsunayoshi, My sky, My brother, My friend, My Omnivore. Sorry If I wasn't there to protect you from the start. Sorry if I wasn't there in your side from the moment you suffer. If only I was there, if only I stand beside you then this won't happen. Pls my sky wake up soon, I don't want you to leave me, leave us. Everybody needs you, I need you." Kyoya said in his mind as tear escape from his eyes, but he wipe it soon enough and hold Tsuna's hands gently:

Later on he fell asleep. He don't want to let his sky go again. Not this time, and this day he will bite/Kill that man to death for one massacring his family and two for his sky.
