Fever.

3rd persons pov.

There was a thermometer at Tsuna's mouth. Tsuna was panting hard as he was really warm.

"40 degree celsius. That's high." Kyoya said as he pull out the thermometer.

"Thats higher." Hayato said worriedly.

Currently Tsuna was laying on the medium size bed where he was before, in the house should I say mansion of Kyoya. Takeshi was surprise that Kyoya live in such a place and Hayato was also a bit surprise but he shrug it because the important is Tsuna.

Tsuna is currently panting hard as his fever increases. Kyoya call the specific doctor that know Tsuna well.

When the doctor came in, Hayato was surprise by who was Tsuna's personal doctor.

"Sh-Shamal?" Hayato said.

"Oh? Hayato? Why are you here?" Shamal ask.

Then Hayato explain what is he doing here. Then shamal roll his eyes when he saw his favorite Patient.

He examine the kid and heal him some sunflames. But Tsuna's temperature was still the same.

"Do he drinks his medicine that I gave him?" Shama question.

Nobody answer, instead they just look at each other.

"What medicine?" Takeshi ask.

Shamal sigh. He then explain that he gave Tsuna 5 types of medicine to be taken 3times aday.

One is for his throat so he will get his voice back.
Two is for his an anemic person.
three is for his weak immune system
four is vitamin, due tsuna is not eating a proper meal
five is for headaches.

They both look at each other.

"The day we meet Tsuna, I was eating lunch with him but never saw that he take some medicine." Takeshi said.

"Hn." Kyoya nodded.

"When we eat dinner last night with him, he didn't either take medicine." Hayato said.

Shamal sigh.

"I think, This kid doesn't really want to live. I already said that he should take the medicine 3 times a day, Tsk such a stubborn kid!. " Shamal said.

"Don't worry, we will help him remember to make sure he will take those medicine." Hayato said.

"Yes pls, But for now." Shamal said but stop when he brings out a small suit case with 1 types of liquids bottle on it and some 5cm syringe too.

It was blue more like a navy blue color. He pick one of the syringe and get some liquid something using the syringe. 

Once the syringe was fill, he then injected it to neck of of Tsuna. Tsuna growl in pain but no voice was heard it was just show in his face how painful the syringe is.

Shamal then explain to the trio that Tsuna won't be waking up for 3-5 days due to the high fever his experiencing.
So the best medicine that Shamal can give was that Blue liquid thingi, He explain that they need to inject Tsuna with it 2 times a day.

One in the morning and One in the night. If they miss then Tsuna won't heal quickly.

Everybody understand, as much as there dismay they wouldn't like to see Tsuna like this.

Tsuna is looking so weak and fragile not to mention small. His face is more paler that it really is and his breathing wasn't normal. His temperature was still hot as before.

Hayato suddently ask Shamal how did he met Tsuna. Shamal reply.

Flash Back!

Shamal the doctor who works at Namimori Hospital, was walking towards his favorite bar or he say a club to meet some sexy cheeks. But when he turn to a dark valley, he saw a boy who is 5 years old was cover with his own blood and some deep cuts, bruises and some wounds.

Quickly he heal him with sun flames and soon take the boy in the hospital. The boy stay at the hospital for 2 weeks since he was unconscious for 1 and half week.

Tsuna can speak at that time, upon hearing the angelic voice that was full of pain. Tsuna said that he was bullied by some random stranger. His parents doesn't care to him and his brother? Well, it was his number 1 bullies.

After that Tsuna always come 10 times or more every month for the same reason. But one day, Tsuna came to the hospital with his throat was cut so deep, thats the time when Tsuna lost his angelic voice.

But one day Tsuna stop coming from the hospital and it last for a year thats why Shamal was worried. But when he saw Tsuna again with injured body again he ask why Tsuna disappeared for one year. 

Tsuna did not answer his question, but Tsuna told him a secret job which is being a hacker Cielo27 and how he take some deadly jobs. But he was going to the hospital lesser now, because he said a certain unseen object thought him to use sun flames too heal himself.

But he can't really master it, but the kid wasn't still healthy and yet his doing a dangerous jobs. Shamal told Tsuna to stop, but Tsuna was stubborn, Tsuna said that he needs to find that guy, the guy who massacred the family of his 2nd mother and the one who kidnap his 3rd mother.

End of the flash back.

Upon hearing that, Kyoya release a deadly, super deadly killer intent that Takeshi, Hayato and Shama gulp. Because Kyoya knows that the 2nd mother that Tsuna was referring too was his mother, his family. And who ever that guy who did that, his going to bite No KILL him to death.

"Maa~Maa~ Hibari-san. Calm down." Takeshi try to make Kyoya calm. But Kyoya just hist and jump in the window. His going to find a pray, a pray where he could bite them to death with his anger right now. He knows that Tsuna won't like it but this is the way he can calm himself.

Two things that can make Kyoya calm,
Bitting herbivores to death
And Tsuna's warm smile, or even Tsuna's warm touch.

Thats only thing. But since Tsuna wasn't there to make him calm, he needs to choose the first one.

Hayato just stay there and promise hisself that his going to help his precious Tsuna-sama to find this guy.

Takeshi was there worriedly about Tsuna. He did not know that his first friend already suffer so much, but he was wondering, who was his 2nd and 3rd mother.
