"Oh crap I need to hurry before lil bro is going to kill me." A blonde man name Dino hurry up fix hisself as he was preparing going to a meeting with his lil bro.

Of course once he was done his day won't start without tripping because of his clumsiness and idiotness along the way.

"Boss, we need to hurry, Your 12 minutes late for the meeting." Romario said as he open the car.

"Oh thanks romario. But why you didn't wake me up.!?" Dino ask Romari sigh.

"I try but you were too sleepy. I was hoping that I shall call Reborn to wake you up he can't come right now since he is busy with the Vongola Decimo. He did suggest that I shall wake you up with a bucket of Ice water." Romario said.

Dino paled. "True spartan tutor from hell" He think before going to the car and heading to Vongola Mansion.

Once was there Dino meet up with Enma on the hall ways together with Yuni and Byakuran.

"Hello Dino-chan" Byakuran greeted as he ate his marshmallow.

"Marshmallow in the morning is not good." Dino Commented.

"For me it is." Byakuran smile.

"Yuni, I think you should put Byakuran on a diet of marshmallow." Enma suggested.

"Well, It will be great if he ever listen." Yuni talks.

"Well, atleast his just stubborn for marshmallows." A deep cold voice which belong to a man wearing a suit and a fedora hot carrying a tray with 4 bottled of pills and a sandwich which also have a water.

"Oh, hello Uncle reborn." Yuni politely bow.

"Hm." Reborn acknowledge Yuni before kicking a certain door that lead to a brunet's office.

"How many times do I tell you, Don't kick the door. The door is innocent for goddest sake. "

"Then how many times everyone to tell you stop skipping meals and eventually stop skipping drinking your medicine Tsuna."

Once the fight was done Reborn check that Tsuna was already dead with no pulse or vital sign quickly Tsuna was brought to Namimori Hospital as fast and the good news shamal found the cure to the poison which was injected to Yuni and Lal that affected by the poison then to Tsuna.

All though Tsuna was injected with cure, Tsuna still suffer the cause of the poison damaging his entire internal body which cause him to fall under CoMa for. marely 2 years.

But when he wake up, everybody was glad that he was awake, they even celebrate and rejoice that Tsuna wake up.

After 7 months Tsuna became the Vongola Decimo, official and the Vongola return to its original purpose.

Mukuro was out of the Vindice and everything was back to normal.

Now the 21 years old young Decimo was just being Scold by the greatest hitman in the world for skipping his meals and pills.

Hey its not his Damn fault for being the Decimo who is loads of paperwork because of his Family work. He can't blame them since they are doing their jobs, but can he wish that those job won't be that destructive.
