Connor:

I needed a right-hand man. Someone no one would suspect to know Clarence. So I chose Caleb. Caleb was a long time friend of mine, to me we were brothers. I told him my situation but left out some details. I said to him I needed him to help watch her. He agreed. Caleb was known to not follow instructions but do what he thought was right. I told him I trusted him.

So I dropped him off at my old house that I used to store Clarence. No one would suspect this place. He climbed out the car gave a salute and entered. Now I don't know what happened after that.

All through school the news on Clarence was nothing, since the note I left said she was basically on vacation, she was on vacation to them. But tomorrow was when she should returned. Since of course she wouldn't come back I was waiting to hear any news.

But in the mean time, everyone was pestering me asking me where my girl was.

"She's not my girl anymore." I would say.

"What! What happened?" They would ask.

"She dumped me."

"Knew you two were never good." They would say then be on their way.

Since news spread fast at school all the girls saw me as available. But the two girls who were annoying were Zoe and Natasha. I didn't know the deets about them and Clarence but I could tell they weren't friends anymore.

They would always try to talk to me or find a way to get close, but I shook them off my mind. I wasn't ready to move on from Clarence until I got her back or I died.

The next day I rushed over to my old house before school started. Caleb met me in front.

"So, everything fine?" I ask.

"Yup." Strange. Caleb never said yup unless he was hiding something.

"Are you sure? Did she beg you to let her go, attack you?"

"Nope" Two words with a 'pe' sound confirmed my suspicions. I shot him a look, but he glanced away.

"Well ok, i'll swing by later with news." I say then head to school.

At school everything seems normal. No unusual gossip. Except for Zoe and Natasha, my morning was free of worry. Until I entered homeroom.

An officer stood at the head of the class, with a emotionless look on his face. Our teacher was scurrying around the class like a bat. Calling for the class to hurry and sit. We all obeyed.

A pin could be heard in the class as to how silent we were . Finally the officer spoke.

"Goodmorning everyone. I'm Officer O'Keefe. I'm here with some rather sad news." He paused for dramatic effect.

"One of your classmates has gone missing." Everyone started to whisper. I could only know who this missing girl was.

"Clarence. I believe you all know her." Everyone nodded their heads.

"She took a vacation around a few days ago and was expected back late last night. Of course she failed to arrive. Many of you say her plane could have been late," That probably was what everyone was thinking.

"Well that's not possible because she left on foot. We checked all airports but she didn't check into any. No taxi nothing. So we deemed her missing, since her parents phoned."

"What I'm here today for is to question each of you to see if you know everything."

Everyone shifted in their seats. I couldn't blame them. I caused all of this but they had to think that she really was missing.

"So if I may begin.." O'Keefe said. So the interviews began.
