In Mystic Falls

Bonnie got into her car, putting Damon on the loudspeaker-

"The wolf is Hayley?"

"Yep."- Damon answered.

"Do they know about Elena?"

"No. But they trashed the place and they hurt Klaus badly."- Damon said-"the also took the she wolf."

"Well, I am on my way."- Bonnie said-"whatever happens, you will have to make sure Elena is ok. So far the spell works on her. No one can locate her, but- we never know what ass witches the Armory has.Ahhhh!"

"Bonnie!!!!"- Damon was now worried having heard the witch scream.

"Huh. I am ook"- she said-"it's just Enzo- he appeared out of nowhere in front of my car. Later."

Bonnie now pressed the red end call button- well, so she thought. She only switchd the loudspeaker on and Damon now could here the following as he didn't end the call- having heard this-

"Where do you think you're going?"- Enzo said.

"New York."- Bonnie replied.

"You can't go there."- Enzo said.

"What are you talking about. I have to stop this."- Bonnie now said to her boyfriend.

"You are not going anywhere."- Enzo now said and he now tried to stop Bonnie, and the witch loiked perplexed at her vampire boyfriend, who was walking her back to the car.

He now heard Damon shout through Bonnie's phone-
"Goddamit, let her go! Bonnie! He is involved with the pack. Bonnie, can you hear me! Bonnie!!!!"

And though she didn't hear Damon, the witch now  acted on impulse and muttering magic words, now restrained Enzo.

As Enzo was in the ground holding his head asking her now to stop, kind of apologizing for having acted the way he did.

At the same time in HopeZion

Joel walked in the doctor's lounge and found Elena getting herself a cup of coffee.

"Hey"- he said as he approached her-"police talked to you?"

"Hey. Yes."- Elena replied.

"Well- all - is just so - mad."- Joel didn't know what to tell her.

"Yeah"- Elena sighed and sat down sipping   a bit of her coffee staring into nothing for a second.

"The thugs of this world are always on the march."- Joel sat down as well.

"You can say that loud"- Elena remarked sighing, and her mind now dug out all of her monstrous past. She wanted to add -"you can't begin to imagine what evil is out there"- but she kept it to herself.

"He will make it. He is strong."- Joel now said.

Elena looked at him seriously and said-
"You are a really good guy. Deep down you have a really beautiful soul."

Joel looked at her somewhat surprised. There was she, so full of hurt and yet she was thinking of him.
Inside of him was a whirlpool of emotions that he didn't know how to handle. It felt like thousand hurricanes battled at once. And when he thought of him and her the night before, he felt tremendous guilt set in as those thoughts were happy. He held her in his arms and it was so marvellous. And he felt now terribly selfish, and it was eating him alive.

"Thank you, but -"

Elena cut in now-"I was told once that you should not be afraid to open your heart. Great things might happen. If you keep it closed, you might miss so much. Because one day it could be late and the whole life was for nothing."
