Innocent

"Maiiwan na kami dito." sabi ni Jenny. "We'll try to distract the execution." tuloy ni Jasmine. "Now go, hurry."

We flew to the Blue Castle para kay Queen Sapphire. We rode the hippogriffs at kelangan namin magmadali. It's execution in an hour at kelangan na naming magmadali.

Nakabanggaan namin si Ate Jhoann. "Queen Sapphire's in her room." sabi nya bigla. I almost forgot almost everyone could read minds.

Tumakbo kami sa room nya. "Oh, Becca. Anong ginagawa nyo dito, aren't you supposed to be at the capital?" tanong nya.

Capital is where the school is and dun naka tira yung mga walang posisyon sa kingdoms. The queens are just like the government of the Gods. Sila ang sinasabihan ng kung anong dapat gawin ng mga taga Underworld.

"You have to stop Professor Octavia. Papatayin nya yung inosenteng mermaid." sabi ni Joshua. Tumango ako, "Please stop them."

"No, we already approved of it. That mermaid is a criminal at kinuha nya si Professor Tobias." sabi ni Queen Sapphire. "She explained what happened, kung pano kunin ng mermaid na yun ang gamit ni Octavia galing kay Tobias. Hindi pa ba sapat yun?"

"Hindi totoo yan. Kinausap namin ang mermaid at hindi ganyan ang sinabi nya. We know the truth at papatayin sya ng walang kasalanan?" tanong ko.

"Hindi rin natin alam kung totoo ang sinasabi ng sirenang yun." sabi nya. "Becca is the chosen one why would you doubt Her?" tanong ni Joshua.

"I'm sure of it. I felt sure of it. I heard her in my mind at alam ko'ng totoo ang sinasabi nya."

"Wait, you heard her plea in your mind?" tanong ni Queen. "But that didn't happen in decades."

"That's why you have a reason not to kill her. Wag nyo na syang patayin." sabi ko.

She immediately vanished for a while. "Queen?"

In minutes she returned and said, "Come on, let's ride the carriage."

Lumabas kami at nakita ang carriage na punong puno ng sapphire. "Livermony, coachman."

The carriage flew fast at kinakabahan ako baka di na kami umabot. There is something I feel about the mermaid. May pakiramdam akong it's right to help her.

We went through the Main hall papuntang secret podium. Dun papatayin si Elisha kasama ng mga erudite. Ang daming tao sa labas waiting for the news.

"Becca, the ID." paalala ni Joshua I rubbed the liquid ID in my hands at napapasok ako sa loob. The mermaid was in the middle and hanged. She was shaking and struggling to get out.

"Vilo Flyus." sigaw ni Queen Sapphire kay Elisha. Pumunta sina Jenny at Jasmine saamin. Elisha began to float in mid air. Lahat ng queens napatingin saamin kasama na si Professor Octavia.

"What are you doing?" tanong ni Queen Pearl. Si Amethyst naman tumayo na rin. "She's innocent. Octavia lied about what she did."

"What!? I never!" sigaw ni Octavia. "Becca heard it all! Andun sya nung kausap mo yang sirenang yan. Sabi mo, you saw her get the pin from Tobias pero hindi naman pala. You just made it up. She's innocent, and I even told that to Amethyst." sabi ni Queen Sapphire.

"Taray ng... Taray ng lola mo." bulong ni Jasmine. "Lola mo pala sya, omg."

Nilagay nya sa baba ng platform si Elisha. Tumakbo kami agad to help her. "I, Queen Sapphire tells all Erudite to let Elisha go now."

"What!?" sigaw ni Octavia. "This is mad!"

Inalis ang mga tali sakanya. "What is this? Akala ko ba cleared na ito kahapon?" tanong ni Queen Pearl. "No, I trust Becca with this. She heard the mermaid in her thoughts."

"What?" tanong nila Queen Amethyst at Pearl. "How?'

"Basta nanghihingi ng tulong si Elisha sakanya. I don't know how." sabi nya.

  Tumakbo si Queen Amethyst sa platform. "I want to clear the mythical river. I want it to be clean." tumingin si Queen Amethyst kela Queen Pearl and Sapphire.

    "No, you can't do that!" sigaw ni Octavia. "Hindi pwede!"

       "I support that." sabi ni Queen Sapphire. "I want the mermaids to swim freely in the mythical river again." tumingin sila kay Queen Pearl.

      "Ate..." saad ni Queen Sapphire. "I support their decision." she smiled.

      "NO! Hindi nyo pwede gawin to! You can't!"

      “Stop fighting, Octavia. My parents may have approved of what you wanted but its over.” sabi ni Queen Pearl.

         Lumabas kami ng Podium ng dala dala si Elisha. "Becca, you truly are they Chosen one. Thank you for trusting me, thank you." sabi nya.

     "It's not just me though." sabi ko. "Oh yeah, Joshua. Thank you also. Specially this two ladies. They did everything para mapatagal ang execution, they even acted."

     She with a smile was carried to the carriage. Madadala na sya sa mythical river ulit.

      There was a lot of people cleaning the river. Nilagay na sa tubig si Elisha. "Thank you, Becca." she smiled.

     Some of the mermaids coming up to the surface. They were all so shining though. Then Biglang kumirot ang kamay ko like something in me got electricuted.

     "Aray..." napatalikod ako at Napatingin Sa Treasure Tree. Something was there, hindi ko lang alam. I leaned closer and closer to the tree.

     "Becca..." napatalon ako.
