Because so many of you asked, in the nicest possible way, I'm going to try to do a sequel. I've written an author's note for it as a "coming soon" sort of thing, and I'm going to put it here so those of you who don't know to look for it will see it, so if you read this, no need to read the A/N in the new book, which is called Powering Through: A Sequel To Learning To Swim For Real.

**********************************

(A/N from new book)

I'm such a sucker for you guys lol! So I'm going to try this, okay? I really envisioned Jack and Kelsey's story as a one book kind of deal, and I thought you'd all know that the last chapter was the end, and be cool with it.

I was not expecting the barrage of comments, I was not expecting all of you to flip your collective shit over their story ending.

So, I'm working on it, okay?

In the meantime, here's what I need from you:

1. A cover. You all know how blowy I am at them. I need your help. Read the synopsis, ruminate, let your ideas percolate, then send whatever you come up with to peteanddaisy@icloud.com. I'll pick one, and maybe put the others in a fan art and alternate covers chapter like I have before, if I have time.

And, and, for fun, I'm going to leave the "mature" rating off until the first sexy scene, just to see if this book can make it into the Wattpad rankings. Books rated mature (which mine always are, ahem!) are not eligible to be ranked, so I never know how they compare, reads-and-votes wise, to others of their type. My point with this is that if all of you who read would vote, it could maybe actually make into the rankings, which would be kinda neat, don't you think? Right now, only about one in five readers votes, which is fine; I mean, it's your choice and everything, and obviously I don't write for votes, but still, fun, like I said. So think about voting, even all you ghosts out there. If everyone who read voted, I bet I could crack the top 500, maybe...

So here's where I put all the usual disclaimers, okay? I update when I can, usually every day, so don't get all up in my business if I miss a day or go too slow for you. You never have, which is wonderful (thanks), just don't start :o) I also like to do those bonus chapters, esp about the wonderful Santangelo family, so cut me some slack and let me, yeah? I'll be traveling in the last week of October, too, so I might miss some days. Don't get your knickers in a twist, as my character Ronan likes to say ;o)

All right, onward!

Sneak peek: I believe our couple will be on the movie set when the next book opens, but we'll see...
