I'm sorry I've take so long to update, but I've been busy. I hope you like the chapter. So ye.
Micheal Mell secretly loved makeup. He loved buying (and spending too much on) it. He loved looking at the pretty shades of lipstick, eyeshadows, everything. He loved wearing it.

But most importantly, he loved how it transformed him.

It was no secret that Micheal didn't like his body. He struggled with self harming for years, but his wonderful boyfriend helped him with that. But makeup helped Michael when he didn't like what he saw in the mirror.

And that's what was happening right now.

Michael was sitting in front of the mirror in his bathroom, the door locked.

He was having a bad day, and he knew that he wouldn't be able to make it through the school day without wearing some makeup.

Usually, on his bad-ish days, he put on some chapstick and concealer. But today, today was a full face of makeup kind of day.

He started with foundation, then worked his way up. Highlighter. Bronzer. Mascara. Eyeshadow. All blended perfectly.

He finished with dark purple matte lipstick.

Then, he put on his red hoodie, and placed his headphones around his neck, careful not to smudge anything. He put on a pair of dark jeans, then slipped on sneakers. Blasting his music and looking down, he walked to school.

Thankfully, today was a half day, and a football game was on this afternoon.

Walking into school, his stomach sunk. What if Jeremy didn't like the makeup?

What if Jeremy hated him?

These thoughts terrified Michael. So he did what any Riend who was scared of losing his Boyf would do. He hid.

Before school, Michael ran the other way when he saw Jeremy.

They didn't have homeroom together.

First period, bio, Michael sat in front of Jeremy. He kept his head down and silently took notes.

Second period. Math. Michael ran out of bio class the second the bell ring, but Jeremy's long legs caught up to him quickly.

Michael kept his head down.

"Michael," Jeremy said, his voice desperate and slightly broken. "Michael, did I do something wrong?"

Michael bit his lip, and walked faster.

"Michael, I'm so sorry. Please, talk to me. I'm sorry."

They walked into the classroom, where the teacher shut the boys up, and separated them. Michael couldn't help notice how Jeremy looked at him the whole class.

Last period of the day today for Michael was art class. Jeremy had music.

Michael got so many texts that class.

Jeremy- please, tell me why you're mad at me
Jeremy- what did I do wrong
Jeremy- I'm so sorry
Jeremy- baby, please talk to me
Jeremy- I know you're reading these
Jeremy- please
Jeremy- please
Jeremy- please

Michael finally worked up the courage to text back.

Michael- I'll meet you bathroom at the front of the school before the game
Michael - and please promise me that you won't hate me
Jeremy- I could never hate you 💕

Michael turned back to his sketchbook, trying to calm his anxiety.
The bell ring, and Michael lingered back for a second. He looked in the camera on his phone, and his makeup still looked good.
Everyone was heading to the pep rally, then to the game, but Michael snuck away to meet Jeremy.

Michael looked down at his feet while he waited in the bathroom.
The door opened and Jeremy walked in.
"Michael!"

Michael kept his head down.
"Michael, I'm so so so sorry for whatever I did. I can make it up to you, just please forgive me."

"You didn't do anything wrong," Michael whispered.

"Then why have you been avoiding me all day?" Jeremy asked.

"I didn't want you to stop loving me," Michael's voice was pitiful.

"Why would I stop lovin—" he trailed off when he saw Michael's face.
A single tear ran down his face, but Michael had waterproof makeup so nothing ran.

"Because I'm a freak."

"No Michael, you're beautiful."
Michael smiled a bit.

"Can I kiss you?" Jeremy whispered.
Michael raised his eyebrows. He thought that Jeremy would hate him and break up with him, not want to kiss him. "Yeah," he whispered.

Jeremy closed the gap between the boys, and pulled Micheal closer.
When they pulled away, Jeremy giggled slightly.
"What?"

"I think I might have smudged your lipstick," Jeremy confessed.

Michael turned to look in the mirror, seeing that his purple lipstick smudged on his face.

"Well, if it's smudged, we might as well continue before I fix it," Michael said with a smirk in his voice, the cupped Jeremy's face in his hands, kissing his boyfriend.

And, well, let's just say 3 things.

1- Michael felt so much better after being with his boyfriend that he felt like he didn't even need makeup for the rest of his day

2- He was glad he didn't need makeup because after his little make-out session with his boyfriend, purple lipstick was smudged all over both boys, meaning that all of Michael's hard work ended up on a makeup wipe. (Save for the few bits of concealer needed for the both of the boys before they could go to the game ;). )

3- And Jake totally owed Rich 20 bucks when they found Jeremy and Michael making out under the bleachers.
