Voiceless Prince

Prologue

Hi,am Kendrick,ken for short .I can't talk...wanna know why,my voice was taken,taken away by a woman...a woman I denied....a woman who cursed me..took away my voice and left me voiceless...a witch i guess....I regret that day so much...that day was the last day I could talk....

"Bring her to me"the king said,sitting on his royal chair with the prince by his side with anger enraging and rising.

"Please..no ..please I beg u please am innocent please"said the woman as she was being dragged on the ground through her turn cloth .tears running down her chicks...she sobbed hard,harder than any other,because she new that a matter brought to the king never goes unpunished.

"SILENCE"the king said punching his fist to the edge of the thrones seat."step forward"the king said again

The woman in pain and sorrow stepped forward,kneeling and then bowed down to the king ..continuously sobbing and wiping her tears.....

"Sire ,this woman brought before you murdered a man in cold blood...."one of the guard said before being interrupted by the woman."no..no I did not I sw...."the woman said before being stop by the king

"Enough,u shall speak when spoken to"he said raising his voice at her. After  everywhere was silent,the king proceeded"where was this man killed"he asked the guard

"This man sire,was killed by the lake of uma. it appears sire that he was stabbed with a sickle, your highness"the guard said still bowing down to the king.

"What would u say for yourself woman"the king said with a voice like that of thunder.

The woman looked up to the king still crying,with a face full of vain ,which came out through the pain of her tears and her skin pale ,with deep brown eyes"sire ....your highness ...I swear I did not kill the man,I don't even know him,it was just a coincident ..I swear"she purse for a while continuously sobbing..... And then continues"the prince is my witness" she looked at the prince with hope and tears still running down her chicks."The prince was there..yes..please.. my prince"still looking at the prince "tell the king that I was not the one who killed that man ...please I beg of you" she said trying to wipe the tears off her face.

"My son" the king said looking at him"this woman says u are her witness...is that true" the king said looking at his son hoping that he did not leave the castle and saw what had happened

"No" the prince said looking at the king and then at his people "I never left the palace,so how am I your witness"the prince said feeling a little bit of remorse as he looked down on the woman

"No"the woman shouted in shock"no u where there u saw what had happened...please tell the king..pl..."she said crying and begging as she was interrupted by the king.

"You dare accuse my son,the prince....your prince...falsely" the king said with rage on his face.the only thing the woman did was sob and then she said "pleeeeaassse"that was the only thing she could say,for she had lost all hope in her.

The king stood up with anger enraging in him,with his fingers rolled up into a fist "So there for,for what you have done,you shall here by be executed today  ,in the same lake you killed another" those were the king's final word,No turning back this time,it was all over,nothing could be done to make the king change his mind ,He was a man of his word.

The woman on the other hand stayed on the flow...blank..she was blank..she could not talk...nor move....her eyes where fixed on the prince......Then suddenly ..........................a storm,an angry storm started...shaking the castle tremendously. People fell on their feet,the guard where on guard,but shaking....the prince and king where shocked as the storm raged on...lightenen stroke from different angle..........suddenly ....darkness....

Then...(shouts)a bright light shone through the castle .its her..... the woman started changing ...her hair turned perfect gold,her lips red and her skin pale white .Her cloth also gold,started to float,which means she was floating too. after a while of melodies songs. She opens her eyes, they where completely white no sign of her deep brown eyes,it was all gone...she flew towards the Prince and looked at him with dismay."prince of fenridell,you have denied the innocent,you  have lied,and for what you have done"she pursed and gave a corner smile to the prince"your voice shall be taken away from you"immediately the prince voice was gone ,coming out of his mouth in form of a white smoke.

The witch took the voice into her hands,and it disappeared."you shall remain this way,until you learn to tell the truth"she said with a hissing voice"you have denied me....he has lied...I am innocent......."those where her last word which came out faintly as she then disappeared into thin air. puff was the last sound they all heard after she was gone.

That was what happened....if only I had not denied her....if only I had told the truth. My dad, the king died after a year of looking for a cure for me...

I left the palace in search of my voice...which I hope to find.my kingdom was taken away from me..(laugh)..am joking its still save...although they were angry with me for lieing...ok don't blame me..I had to,my dad would have died if he found out.......ok technically he is dead now but,look at the bright side ,he lived for another year....God I miss him so much.

Now its just me and ticki...(chuckling)my pet parrot...he helps me to talk...atleast most of the times. I don't really know how he hears me but I think he was sent by God. He is my best friend..(thank you)..you are welcome,that was him. Its me and u now buddy.
