chapter nine: Our dance.

Ken POV

Ken as usual always in the trade fair, came that day with so much enthusiasm. He had a smile on is face like rainbows were dancing in his head. He really had hopes on seeing Mel again. He liked Mel so much that he did not want to go to any wizard shop so he won't miss the chance of seeing her.

"Ken come on, there are so many shops we haven't gone to yet, let's get going,"ticki said with the aim of persuading ken to get up.

"I can't ticki, I really need to see her,"ken said with a big smile on his face.

"Are you kidding.....what is in her that you can't just spare a day from seeing her?, does she have the cure?"ticki asked ken. This made ken laugh.

"No she doesn't. You don't understand, she's an angel...and I really have to see her, maybe she is my cure,"ken said still smiling.

"But when I saw her that night I didn't see any wings....so she's no angel,"ticki said.

"My God. Look ticki, an angel must not always have wings, its what inside that counts. Sometimes they may sometimes they may not. Not all demons have horns, you never know who's an angel an who's a demon.", ken said with all seriousness.

"I never knew you where this intellegient. It's too bad you have no voice, you would have been a prof and a prince at the same time,"ticki said. This made ken laugh.

"You are indeed a silly ticki"ken said.

Finally Mel came.

"Ken",Mel said with a little a little smile dancing on her face. "Mel", ken said even though Mel could not hear him, he loved calling her name, her name alone made him smile.

"I have been looking all over for you, I thought you didn't come, well now am glad I found you because...."Mel said before been interrupted.

"Hi"ticki said.

"Who said that, I thought you said you could not talk ken?"Mel said in confusion as she stood up from the rock she sat on.

"Its not ken its me", ticki said once again.

"Oh my heaven, a talking parrot.....I mean a fluent talking parrot",Mel said with shock, she did not really seem scared like the other people who have seen ticki talk.

"You are not scared?",ticki asked.

"Why should I be?", Mel questioned back.

"Most people get scared whenever I talk...so you are not scared?",ticki asked again.

"No, you are unique and I love unique things",Mel said with a pretty smile on her face.

"I. love. you. Ken, I. Love. Her.", ticki said. This made Mel burst into laughter which made ken smile the more.
