You said that there was no beauty within you
But darling,
Just a glance at your eyes can make me see a mass universe in it;
A mass universe of beauty, indeed
Your skin is a golden ray of sunshine
Which can light up every darkened room
Your touch is as light as a feather's
And feels as soft as cotton
I wish to hold them forever
When you cry I see your tears glisten
Like the stars in the sky
Which I wish I could make a wish upon
A wish to make you mine
And if I could just take your soul out,
It would be like art,
Art like you- confusing yet heavenly
You are just like the ocean;
Calm and pretty enough on the surface
But dive down into your depths
I find elegance most,
And darling,
I wish I could show it to you,
The beauty I see within you.
