(Eclipse's PoV)
"Now what?" I ask as we leave the store.
"I think it's a good time for lunch." Lillie answers.
"Malasadas?!" Hau asks happily.
"Mala-whatas?" I question.
"Filled doughnuts." Gladion answers.
"Oh." I smile.
Lillie sighs. "Hau, we can't just eat malasadas for lunch."
"Why not~?" Hau pouts.
"They're just doughnuts." She answers.
"And?" He questions.
"Just eating them for lunch would be unhealthy." She states annoyed.
Hau pouts even more. "But, Lillie~!"
She glares slightly.
"Aw, come on, Lillie. You know he's not going to stop pouting for the rest of the day if you don't let him show Eclipse the malasada shop." Elio says, placing a hand on her shoulder.
She blushes a faint pink, looking away and crossing her arms. "Fine." She huffs.
"YES!!" Hau screams, grabbing Selene's hand and running ahead.
"Hey~! At least wait up for the rest of us!" Lillie yells, taking off after him with Elio following close behind.
I giggle while Gladion sighs, shaking his head at them.
"I don't know about you, but I'd rather walk." Gladion says, looking at me.
"Yeah, same. I'm too out of shape to run." I comment.
He chuckles. "That won't last long here. Especially not with these guys around."
We start walking towards wherever the others went.
"You've been sort of quiet, you know?" He points out suddenly. "I expected more excited yelling."
"I like taking things in quietly. Something has to be super amazing for me to go full girl." I explain.
"Excited yelling isn't just a girl thing apparently. Hau and Elio taught me that." He says, making me laugh. "So, how is Alola so far?"
"Well, I haven't seen most of it, but pretty great as far as I can tell." I answer.
He nods, smiling slightly. "I'm really sorry about those guys. I was just going to pick you up, from the airport, by myself. But, then Lillie let the Litten out of the bag."
"Litten? And, wait, how did she find out?" I ask.
"Litten is a cat pokemon here in Alola. And, Lillie is my assistant." He answers.
"But, you didn't know til seven this morning. Lillie would have been asleep since it's a Saturday. Unless you needed help with- ... Gladion?" I start, suspicious.
He looks away from me.
"Did Lillie have to help you send a jet to Hoenn?" I ask, smirking.
"I'm not answering that. You can't make me." He replies, blushing slightly from embarrassment.
"Bet ya, I can~." I tease.
"Oh, would you look at that, we're here~." He says, opening the door to the shop for me.
I sigh, rolling my eyes.
"Took you guys long enough." Lillie says, rolling her eyes as we enter the store.
