You groaned and your senses all flooded back. Smell, feels, sounds, and the taste of blood popped into your head. You blinked a few times and waiting for your vision to focus. The world was spinning and you felt light and heavy at the same time.

You looked around and found that too much movement made your neck emit sharp pings of pain. You were limited to your full vidion, but would have to deal with what you had. You strained at the wall in front of where you lay, and suddenly your head began to throb. You groaned aloud without meaning to.

After a few minutes, you were able to think again. By your observations, you were in a bed. A hospital bed. In the hospital. Ohm. Your brain focused finally.

Ignoring your head and now stinging arm, you tried to sit up. Instantly, a nurse was by your side.

"Please stay down," she said calmly. "We don't need to mess up your IV."

You ignored her and sat up, glancing at your arm. When you had sat up the bandage on your left arm had torn off slightly. Under it was a scrape. It didn't look deep, but the exposed air on your wound stung.

"Where is Ohm." The nurse looked confused and looked you a look that you saved for whenever you saw a drunk on the street. "Ohmwrecker?" You tried again.

Something clicked.

"Don't worry." She smiled. "We got him off of the street and causing trouble."

"Is he okay?" You asked, and she looked puzzled again.

"Why does it matter to you?" She never wavered from her gaze. You swallowed and the pain seemed to numb

"I love him." You spoke those words and they seemed to echo in the room. Confidence flowed through your veins as you looked at the IV. You had gotten into the hospital, and now you needed out.

She traced your sight towards the IV and shook her head.

"Honey, I think the pain meds are making you weary." She smiled. "Besides, "Ohm" is locked carefully in his own room. He isn't going anywhere." She tried to get you to sit back down. When you refused, she sighed.

"Don't move. I need to check with somebody to see your last dose of meds. They might have goofed and the mixture is making you a bit delirious." She left and you smiled.

"Delirious." You said aloud. If only she knew.

Alright, it is time to get out of here. You looked back at the IV and saw a switch. You turned it with your right hand and it stopped dripping.

You glanced away and pulled the nettle out. A few unconfortable seconds later and your left arm was free too. You stood up and realized you were in a gown. Where were your clothes?

Luckily, a quick scan of the room proved them to be folded neatly on a table in a corner. Making sure you shut the door, you changed as quickly as you could. Footsteps got louder and you panicked.

Your room had no window and the door was the only way out. You had a few seconds to make a decision. If you got back in bed, they would most likely never give you an open chance to escape like this. If you tried to run past, they would be alert for you. You decided the risky path. Shoving a few pillows under the blankets, you then dove under the bed, gritting your teeth at the pain in your head and arm.

"...but we will see." Voices came into the room, but all you could see was their shoes. Two people.

"Oh good," the newcomer said to the nurse. "She is finally getting some sleep." That voice. You knew it.

"I need to go do something really fast, but I will leave you with her." The nurse left.

"Kit?" Luke's voice whispered. "Where are you really?" You sighed in relief and pushed yourself out from under the bed.

"Luke?" You smiled, ignoring another wave of head pain. "Why are you here?"

"Because we need you." He scratched his beard. "Vanoss doesn't know I am here. Only Jon, Marcel, and a few others."

"How? What?" You stuttered.

"I told them I was a friend just visiting, and they let me in. I wear a mask when we are on missions remember." He answered your question before you asked.

"I need to find Ohm," you said. "I am not leaving without him." You stood up next to Luke and you both began walking out casually after making sure the hall was clear.

"Already on it."

Someone yelled across the building and you raised an eyebrow. "Jon, Marcel, and Brian are all getting him. We all agreed not to hurt anyone."

You both walked around a corner and saw people running down a hallway to your right. Policemen.

"Looks like they need a distraction," you groaned. "Wait outside." You took off after the officers and soon caught up, nearly beheading a male nurse as you ran by.

"Hey!" You yelled, making all of the police look at you. "Why are we running?"

"Young lady," a female cop replied seriously. "Please stay away. It is against the law to interfer with the police."

"I am sorry," you said as cutely as you could. "Just interested." Suddenly, one turned around and stopped. You did too.

"Kid. Get out of here." You sighed and began walking behind them. They soon reached a door and ran inside. When you walked past, all you saw was chaos. Everything was knocked over and everywhere, but no Ohm. They had gotten out.

You took off sprinting towards the entrance and saw your nurse and a few more pointing at you. Ignoring their yells, you pushed through the mains doors and looked for the others.

A happy and anxious-looking Luke sat parked in a BMW. You climbed in and he answered another question before you asked.

"They left already." He sighed. "Evan is going to be pissed," he groaned as he turned the car onto the main road. Sirens in the background filled the empty space where you two remained silent.

After a few minutes, your head got worse. Every tiny little bumb felt like a cliff, and soon you became very disorientated.

"You okay?" Luke asked, breaking the silence that the sirens had created upon ceasing their screeching.

The world spun and faded to black. Again.
