The Return Of Scourge

Chapter 5 Part 1 - Rainforest!?

The clearing under Fourtrees shook in panic as cats scrambled over each other to get out of the place, The five leaders stood on the rock, gazing over the terrified clans, "Cats!" Scourge bellowed over the noise, everycat stopped and stared at him, "You mustn't panic!, For we will work together to defeat the Dark Forest", Mistystar stepped forwards, "As Scourge stated before, a hole the size of a monster appeared in Thunderclan's camp!" "And the Dark Forest cats clawed their way out of it!" Tallstar finished, BlackStar sat down silently, looking at the other leaders in disgust. Firestar joined the conversation, and spoke with a heavy voice, "The Dark cats are planning to take over the forest," he started, "we must not let them have their way", Blood, a Bloodclan warrior, arched his back and hissed at all the cats, "All of you are weaklings!" He yowled, "pathetic!", Brick growled at him, "Blood, shut your cat trap!" She snapped, "This is a gathering, you must pay your respects!" Blood stepped a few paces back, "I'll find my own clan, then you'll regret it!" He screeched before running off. Ratbite, a brown tom with a dark red muzzle, launched after him, Brick stared at the way they left from, she sighed and looked up at her leader, "Continue the Gathering, please".

"But where will we be staying in the meantime?" Mistystar asked the black tom, "The city- I mean.. the large twoleg place with lots of twoleg dens" he corrected himself, jumping over the square-like mesh. "Over there," Scourge mewed, flicking his tail at an ally way, "my camp is mostly empty so there are lots of free dens for you and your clans". Scourge turned around to only find three leaders, BlackStar is gone..., He thought bitterly, "aren't there supposed to be four of you?" He asked, the leaders nodded their heads, "Where's BlackStar then?" Tallstar turned around, sure enough, no BlackStar, "He was right behind me when we walked here!", "Grr that mouse-brained twat!, He left to probably alliance with Tigerstar!" Scourge turned to Cinderpelt, "Have you got Gearkit and Wirekit?" He asked, "yes, they are sleeping right now" she answered tilting her head to her back.

Scourge climbed down the twoleg den and landed on the ground with a soft thud, Venom scurried towards him, "Scourge what is the meaning of this?" he asked, staring at the clan cats, "Dark Forest had invaded the forest and we are allianced with the clans to take them down" Scourge answered seriously, Venom nodded, "Venom, get Poison and Ivy, escort a clan each and take them to a medium-sized den" Venom walked away to carry out the job. The three cats came back and took a clan each, showing them to their new den. Brick padded up to Scourge, signalling him to follow her, and jumped up onto a twoleg den.

"Soo.. Tigerstar's back?" She started, "Yes?" Scourge didn't know if what he had just said was a question or on answer. "Is that a statement or a fact" Brick sighed, "I don't know!, He is dead!, But he came alive, but also at the same time dead!" Scourge blurted out, Brick blinked slowly, "uhh... Ok" she stuttered, "But if the Dark Forest cats have invaded the forest, it would take approximately 3 moons to conquer the whole forest", Scourge nodded in agreement, "we should discuss our ideas at the clan meeting tomorrow, Brick set up a few cats to guard the mesh fence" he ordered, "if any Dark Forest cats come tell them to let the signal off", "yes sir!" She scuttled away to address the demands, and Scourge padded down the hard cardboard and curled up, letting darkness engulf him.

"Scourge...", The black cat jumped at the sudden call, "who is it?" He hissed, "Scourge there isn't muc-" a loud screech was audible in the black abyss. The setting changed to a very dark forest. Some cats glowed red, and some glowed blue, crimson blood was splattered everywhere, Scourge heard the clashing of claws and grunts from up in the air. Scourge unfolded his wings and flew, quite wobbly, up to the noise. He swirled away in time before a large brown paw clawed the air he was just in. "Come back here Scourge!" An all too familiar voice erupted from behind him, Scourge whipped around to see another version of himself, bloody and covered with claw marks, the dream scourge was huffing and puffing, trying to balance himself in the air. "The-there isn't much time!" The voice came back again "you must retreat into a forest away from the Dark Cats" It meowed frantically, "but why? How? Who are you!?" Scourge asked, "I-I can not say... But you must wake everyone up and retreat to the Rain Forest!" The voice yowled, "We aren't supposed to go th-" another loud screeching cut him off, and Scourge jumped awake.

"EVERYCAT! GET UP!" he yowled

Hey guys!, Dye here with another chapter!. I am super sorry this chapter came out late school hates me xD. Okay so idk about the rainforest bit, but I also don't know where the setting is either xD so I'm gonna go with the flow cya~!
