chapter sixteen: Who are you?!

Joy woke the next morning to the smell of freshly cooked food, but not her parents' cooking.
Who? Who was in her house?
She walked downstairs to find five males chatting politely with her parents, their uniforms were similar to hers. Only darker.
One heard her walking down the stairs and looked to her, "glad to see you up Joy!"
She was confused as the strawberry blond male smiled at her, "sleep well?"

"Yes thank you..", she hesitantly replied and looked to her mother who was smiling at her.
"You sure we're busy making friends yesterday Joy! These young men are really nice!", Joy's mother smiled, "I'm so proud of you!"
Joy only sat down at her spot on the dining room table and was surprised as a smaller male sat next to her, "Hallò Gift Kona! Ready for today?"
Joy did not respond, her parents were busy getting ready to go to work.

As soon as her parents left she looked around at the five who were Making themselves at home in her house, "who the hell are you?!"
The small platinum haired male just smiled at her dreamily, "we are your friends, not those pretenders you met yesterday."

"I don't believe you.", Joy said and stood up only to be sat down.
"Sit and eat, then we will take you to school", a brunette with a grumpy face said and put a plate of delicious looking food in front of her, "eat."
Joy turned her head away and the grumpy one sighed, "you are a pain in the ass now."
"Thurston!", the platinum haired Icelander growled, "don't Be mean!"
The young Icelander received a flick to the head as a response, to their surprise they heard a laugh from Joy.

All the males smiled slightly when she laughed, it reminded them of when she laughed at their dumb jokes.
Joy put a hand over her mouth and looked down, she did not want them to know but she slipped.
A ginger haired male laughed, "that was cute! Don't stop now älskling"
Joy kept looking down, she did not want to look at the males around her.

"Eat and get ready.", a tall blond man called.
The large man intimidated Joy and she promptly did as asked.
The Icelander patted her as she ate, the food was actually quite good.
The albino girl did not look at her visitors as she got ready for school.

Egil watched her get ready with a dreamy expression and Loki chuckled at his younger brother, "don't Be too creepy. She doesn't know us like she did before."
The males all were waiting as she came down with her plaid uniform for hetalia high.
"Booo", Bernard teased and picked her up, "not the best look for you."
Joy covered her nose with her hands, the smell of his breath and the sharp teeth gave her the chills.

"Bernard put her down", The tall Dane growled and the Swede did as told.
Joy ran out of her house, past the males and straight to school.
She did not pick up her lunch or pick up the keys.
Egil took the keys and her lunch and followed her.
The others followed him to the Entrance of the school to find their doubles there.

Joy cried into the shoulder of Lukas as he comforted her, "it's okay, you're safe."
"They were scary!", Joy cried.
Timo patted her head and motioned her to follow, "how about we talk to the gourmet food club about that missing lunch?"
The albino nodded and followed the small fin inside to find the GFC.
Lukas growled at the small Icelandic male who returned the favor.
"Keep away from her Egil", Lukas growled and summoned his ice knife, "now leave"
"You stay away from Gift Kona min", Egil snarled in response, "she Deserves better than you."
Matthias equipped his axe and growled at the five in front of his friends, "LEAVE!"
Thurston growled and then led his group away.
