chapter twenty two: feel

The nurse, Brandy, took Joy to the therapy room and had her work her muscles.
Joy was determined to work more than necessary and denied any help offered to her by the other nurses, she kept working until she was tired and sore.
The albino kept work in her muscles to build the strength in them, arms, legs, core.
The nurses who watched her were concerned.
She only stopped when she was too tired to continue any more and the fact the therapy room was closing.
Brandy helped her into the wheelchair, "you really had us worried for you."
"Sorry.", the Fuschia eyed female said softly, "Can I ever have a new room?"
"Is something wrong with your current room?", The brunette nurse asked.
"I've been getting visitors I don't want, I'm scared and don't want to see them.", the female responded, "they were unauthorized visitors."
"I'll talk to some people and see if we can get you somewhere you can feel better.", Brandy smiled, "until then get better."

Brandy wheeled Joy through the halls, "so there are a lot of people who want to see you, you seem popular in your highschool."
The blue eyed woman smiled, "have a boyfriend there?"
"Ex", Joy replied, "I don't know if he truly loves me."
"I'm sure there is someone who loves you for who you are", Brandy smiled, "you have a great personality and great friends."
"Thank you.", the albino said softly and looked down to her hands, "for everything."
"I'll get the doctor to check your eyes tomorrow. Get some rest.", the nurse smiled and turned the light off, "sweet dreams."
Joy lay back in the darkness and sighed out a breath, the air was a bit chilly so she cuddled under the covers.
She was about to fall asleep when she felt a weight on her bed and heard voice cut through the darkness.
"Aaah~ Sætur~"

Her eyes snapped open and a single violet red orb stared back, it seems to glow in the dark of the room.
The clingy Icelander was there and hovering over her weak and sore body, Joy's heart sped up as fear took hold.
Her body started to produce adrenaline, she began to struggle and yell.
"HELP! SECURITY, NURSE, SOMEONE HELP!", she was silenced by a kiss from the male.
The kiss was forceful and desperate in feeling, his tongue licked over hers and seemed to push himself a little more into her.
Joy's eyes were tearing up as she was kissed By this male, his lips were cold as ice.
Running approaching footsteps caught Egil's attention, Joy's screams did attract notice from someone.
The Icelander growled and got off of her, he raised his finger to his face and smirked.
"Until next time Kona~", Egil purred and became covered in frost before he disappeared into air.
Frost covered the floor where he was and the bedframe, it was so cold to Joy.
The albino shivered as the security guard and nurse burst in, her eyes spilling pearls of salty water.

The male nurse who took over the night shift for Brandy walked over and brushed the frost from the Albino's hair, "what is wrong sweetie? Why is there frost everywhere?"
"P-Please, move me to a-another room", Joy hiccuped as she cried, "I-I Am scared of what he'll do."
"What who will do?", the security guard asked, "what happened?"
"Stalker, t-thats the only d-Description I can make for him.", the female cried, "he was making me kiss him."
The security officer looked around and took notice of the flowers, "I'll have you moved to a new room now."
The male nurse got Joy out of bed and set her in the wheelchair, "how about we go and see if the cafeteria has something decent?"
The albino female wiped her eyes and silently nodded, the nurse smiled and wheeled her to the cafeteria.
The cafeteria was still serving food to hungry people in the he hospital, the male nurse started teasing the chef playfully.
The Chef shot some insults back and both laughed.

Joy nibbled on a chocolate filled pastry as The attending nurse sipped coffee and watched the football match on the TV.
He was rooting for his team as the players chase the white and black ball, he grinned when the team won finally.
The female albino was dosing off as she sat there, her head tilting to a comfortable resting position.
The nurse talked to the security officer to see if he had secured a room for their patient and when the man said yes, the nurse wheeled Joy to the new room.
He set her onto the bed gently and pulled the sheet over her then walked out of the room.

The next day was a rest day for Joy, the doctor was there to check her Condition and her eyes.
"Left eye is good, but.... I'm afraid you are going to have to be registered legally blind on account of not having binocular vision or depth perception."
Joy's heart sunk at those words, she would not be allowed to drive and would have limited freedom.
"But I'm sure you live a long and happy life with one eye.", the doctor said and scribbled on the clipboard, "but you're healthy other than that. I don't see any reason to keep you here."
"I'm going home?", The albino asked and the doctor nodded.
"Yes, I'll have the medical transport take you home. Just keep working those muscles to rebuild strength.", the doctor said, "and no wild adventures other than video games."
Joy made a breathy laugh at his bad joke.
"There we go. Smiling will help.", the male said and walked out if the room.
The snowy haired female lay back into the bed and smiled a bit, she waited for the transport people to come.

Her eyes closed and she began to slip into sleep, she was woken up by her eyepatch being put on her.
The transport people were there and working quickly.
Their masks and funny caps hid most of their facial features, the greenish blue uniforms they wore had no identification markers oddly enough.
She stayed quiet as they worked and felt sleepy again, she did not notice that one of the people had pushed the button on the iv that administers pain and anesthesia medications.
Joy slipped into a deep sleep as the team worked, they got her to the transport pickup area and placed her into the vehicle before driving off.

Joy's mother walked to the room after talking to the doctor, she was going to take her Daughter home so the transport team was called off.
She walked into the room her daughter was and was shocked to see her daughter gone.
The personal items were also missing from the room, the only things left were the flowers her friends left for her.
The older woman went to the nurses station and found the nurses waking up from what seemed to be a chemically induced nap, the security guards were doing the same thing.
The Radiation therapist was quick to call the code into the intercom, the hospital staff were alerted to the situation.
But the girl was long gone by then.
She was heartbroken, her only baby was gone. Taken by unknown people.
