Thirteen

Bella's P.O.V

Once lunch hit, I went to go find Collin. I spot him talking to someone making me smile a bit. 

"Hey. Where's Collin?" She asked.

"Over there," I said.

"Oh he's with Seth Hall," Melody said. 

"As in your crush?" I teased. 

"Shut up," Melody blushed. 

"Come on," I said. We walked over to the table and sat in front of the boys. They looked up at us and smiled a bit.

"Hey guys," I said.

"Hello Bella. Hey Melody," Seth said. 

"Hi," Melody said.

"How's the first day of school going for you?" I asked Collin.

"Great. Made new friends," He said. 

"Hi, Seth," I smiled.

"Hey, Bella."

"You both know each other?" Collin asked.

"Friends back in elementary school and middle school," I told him.

"What happened?" Collin asked.

"High school came," I told him.

"Are you guys going to Veronica David's  party on Friday night?" He asked us.

"Since when was she throwing a party?" I asked.

"Since third period. She announced it just today," Seth told us. 

I looked over at Collin. He seemed to have a look that meant that he didn't care to what my answer will be.

"Collin, do you want to go?" I asked.

"Sure," Collin nodded.

After school, I waited for Collin by his locker. I leaned against his locker. I watched some people walked by. 

"Hey, Bella!" I heard a too familiar voice call out. 

"Oh crud," I said to myself before looking over to the right. I saw my ex boyfriend, Landon, walk over. 

"What do you want?" I asked annoyed.

"I was just wondering if you wanted to go to Veronica's party with me Friday," He asked me.

"No."

"Why not?"

"I have someone to go with already," I told him.

"Who?" 

I looked over to see Collin standing there. I looked back at Landon before standing up straight. 

"My boyfriend," I said before walking over to Collin. As soon as I got to Collin, I leaned up and kissed him on the lips.

When I pulled away, I looked over to see Landon walking away. I looked back at Collin who was in shock. 

"I am so sorry. I shouldn't have done that. That was too fast-"

I was cut off by Collin kissing me. I was in shock for a bit. When he pulled away, I could feel myself blush. 

"I overheard you talking to that guy. I should've asked you on our first date. Will you be my girlfriend and make this official?" Collin asked.

"Yes," I nodded.
