Three

Collin's P.O.V

California was hot. Like burning hot. I saw my brother there with Xander and his fiancee, Bianca. We walked over to them as my mom hugged Chase then Xander.

"Hi boys," Mom said.

"Hey mom."

"Hey, Aunt Erin. This is Bianca, my fiancée," Xander introduced.

"It's so nice to meet you," Bianca smiled, shaking hands with my mom and then at Wendy.

"Hello, Bianca. I'm Erin, this is my wife Wendy, and this is my youngest son Collin," Mom introduced us.

"It's nice to meet you guys."

"My mom said she wanted to meet you guys up for lunch when you're settled in," Xander said.

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"How nice of her. Well, let's go get settled in already," Wendy said.

We went to the house which was nice. I went up to my room to see it set up by Chase. I set by stuff down before walking back downstairs.

"Come on, Collin. We're going now," Mom said. I nodded before walking over to Chase.

"Hey bro," Chase said, giving me a side hug.

"Hey."

"You excited to see Bella?" Chase teased.

"Shut up," I said, slightly annoyed.

"Mom. You and Wendy can take my car. Collin and I will ride with Xander and Bianca," Chase said.

"Okay."

We got inside the car before Xander drove off.

"So, Collin, are you in Bella's grade?" Bianca asked.

"I'm a year ahead of her," I tell Bianca.

"Oh okay."

"Sucks you have to start a new school huh?" Xander asked.

"Yeah."

"You'll be fine. Trust me," Xander said.

"Should I?" I joked.

"I met Bianca there and it wasn't so bad after that," Xander told me as he kissed Bianca's hand.

Once we made it to the restaurant, we got down and walked inside. I saw a table reserved for us and I saw Aunt Aria with Uncle Beck sitting with their son, Blaine.

"Aria!" Mom said excitedly.

"Erin!" Aunt Aria said before getting up and running over to her and giving her a hug.

"Hello, Beck," Wendy smiled and giving a hug to Uncle Beck.

"Hello, Wendy. Collin? Is that you?" He asked me.

"Hey Uncle Beck," I smiled.

"You've grown! Taller than Bella," He said. I let out an awkward laugh.

"Really?" I asked, trying to make small talk.

"Yes."

"Where is she anyway?" Xander asked his dad.

"In the restroom," Uncle Beck said.

"Aunt Erin!" I heard. I looked over and my jaw almost dropped.

There she was. Bella Edwards. She was beautiful. More beautiful than I imagine. She was saying hi to my moms until Chase nudged me.

"What?" I asked looking at him.

"Dude. You're drooling a little," He said.

"Really?"

"No. But seriously, chill," Chase said.

"Bella, you remember Collin and Chase," Mom said.

"How can I forget? Hey guys," Bella smiled at us.

"Hey, Bella," Chase waved a little.

"Hi," I said at her.

"Hi. You grew up tall," Bella said.

"And you didn't," I joked. I chuckled a bit. I could see her hide a small laugh.

"Funny," She said sarcastically.

"I'm sorry," I apologized.

"It's fine. Anyway, wanna sit down?" She asked.

"Yeah."

We both sat down on the table before a waiter came over to us. He went around asking for any drinks before leaving.

"Collin, your mom tells me that you want to be a photographer," Aunt Aria said.

"I do," I smiled.

"Trying to be like your mom?" Uncle Beck asked.

"Kinda," I tell him.

"If you still want to become one, I'll put in a good message for you to some companies," Uncle Beck told me.

"Thanks," I smiled at him.

The waiter came back with the drinks before serving it to all of us. He got out his notepad to write in for our orders. Once we all finished ordering, Bella leaned in a little close to me.

"You know, school doesn't start for another week. Wanna go on an LA trip with me?" She asked.

"Sure. I should get use to California after all," I told her.

"Perfect!" Bella smiled.

"When do you guys plan going to L.A?" Xander asked her.

"Anytime good with Collin," Bella said.

"Why may I ask," I said.

"Bianca need to choose some wedding dresses and we're doing some planning for the wedding," Xander said. He looked over at Bianca and kissed her cheek.

"They are just so cute together. Don't you agree, Collin?" Bella asked me.

"Yeah. They're pretty good together," I told her.

Bella smiled at me as I smiled back at her. Maybe being in California won't be so bad.
