Fifteen

Bella's P.O.V

I walked downstairs with Collin to go find Melody and Seth. I saw them talking and close to one another. I glanced over at Collin who also smiled at them.

"Do you want to get out of here and go do something else?" I asked Collin.

"Just leaving, Bella?" I heard. I looked over to see Landon walking over.

"Yeah. I found out you're here," I told him.

"Oh come on, Bella. I know you still want me," Landon said.

"Leave her alone," Collin said pulling me back to him.

"Or what?" Landon asked.

"Collin don't. He's not worth it," I told him.

"You're really going to walk away now, Bella? Be with this loser?"

I stopped and looked back at Collin.

"I rather be with him than with some dick who cheated on me more than once during the relationship," I said to him.

"Whatever. You know you're going to be crawling back to me," Landon said. I rolled my eyes before splashing my drink onto his face.

"Fuck off," I said before grabbing Collin's hand. We walked out of the house in a hurry before we went to my car.

"Bella, wait!" I turned around to see Melody and Seth run out.

"What?" I asked.

"First, that was amazing," Melody said.

"Secondly, everyone saw. Aren't you scared about your reputation?" Seth asked.

"Guess I'm going to be the black sheep of the family," I told them.

"Well, you always have us to back you up," Collin said. 

"Thank you," I smiled up at him. 

"What do you guys want to do? Night's still a bit young," Melody said. 

"Let's go to the diner. Pretty sure it's still open," Seth said. 

"Are you guys okay to drive?" Collin asked.

"Didn't touch a single drink," I told him.

"Same. Bella, can I ride with you? Amy was my ride here," Melody told me.

"Sure."

"We'll meet you girls there," Collin said. 

Melody and I got into my car. I drove off to the diner that I used to go to when I was younger with Xander. 

"Seemed like you and Seth were getting close," I said to Melody.

"I know you and Collin are trying to set us up," She told me.

"Is it working?" I asked. 

"Yes," She blushed. 

"I knew it," I smirked. 

Once we reached the diner, Collin and Seth got there the same time we did. We all went inside and sat in a booth. Collin and I on one side and Melody and Seth on the other. 

"I'm Cindy. I'll be your waiter today. What can I get you kids?" A woman walked over to us with a notepad in her hand. 

"A chocolate milkshake please," I said. 

"I'll have a vanilla milkshake please," Collin said.

"Can I get a strawberry milkshake?" Melody asked.

"I'll have a confetti shake please," Seth said. 

"Coming right up," The waitress smiled at us before leaving.

"This is better than the party to be honest," Collin said. 

"It is. Just being with you guys and not have to be surrounded by people who want to party all the time," I agreed. 

"Did you see the posts though? You're blowing up," Melody said. 

"Who cares," I shrugged. 

"Here are your milkshakes," Cindy said, handing us the drinks. 

"Thank you," We said in sync. 

"No problem. Can I get you kids anything else?" She asked. 

"I think we're good. Thank you," I smiled up at her.

"You kids enjoy," She said before walking off. 

"To us and junior year," I said, raising my cup at them.

"To us and junior year," Collin, Seth, and Melody repeated before laughing. We clinked our glasses together before taking a sip of the cold drink.
