Twenty Four

Bella's P.O.V

Once we got to the dance, I saw there were a lot of people already. I spotted Melody and Seth talking by the tables. 

"I found the two. Come on," I said to Collin. We walked over to them, squeezing through some people in the process.

"Hi guys!" I said as I hugged Melody.

"Hey," Melody smiled at me. 

"You look amazing," I told her. 

"Me? Look at you. I'd kill for that dress," Melody said.

"You girls want to dance?" Collin asked us. 

"Yeah. Come on," I said before holding his hand. I lead him to the dance floor before starting to dance with him. 

Melody and I started to dance as the boys danced with us. I smiled at Collin as he pulled me a little close to him. I gave him a quick kiss before he twirled me around a bit.

"Alright guys, we're going to take this nice and slow," The DJ said. 

Collin looked at me and smiled down. He bowed a little making me laugh a little. I curtsied before holding his hand.

"May I have this dance, Melody?" Seth asked Melody.

"Yeah," Melody smiled. I gave her a thumbs up before putting my arms around Collin. He put his hands on my waist as we slow danced.

"I'm happy that we're getting a high school dance together," Collin told me.

"Me too." 

I heard a flash making me look over. I saw Jayla, a girl from yearbook, with her camera. 

"Send me that picture later?" Collin asked her. 

"Of course. Sorry I interrupted," She apologized before leaving us. I looked up at Collin before putting my head on his shoulder. 

"I love you," I whispered. I wasn't sure if he could hear me. 

"I love you too," Collin said quietly back to me. I looked up at him before giving him a kiss. 

"You and I should go on an adventure later," I told him.

"Like what?"

"Let's go and travel somewhere. Somewhere fun," I said. 

"Wherever you want, I'll be there for you," Collin told me. I nodded as we continued to dance. 

The slow song ended. A fast song came on making us stop dancing. I saw Melody look over at me before motioning her head towards outside. 

"I'll be back," I told Collin before walking out to find Melody. 

"Hey, what's going on?" I asked as soon as I found her alone.

"Seth asked me on a date," She smiled at me. 

"No way," I said, happy for her. 

"Yeah. I was so happy," She told me.

"Congrats, Melody. Seth's a good guy but he's lucky to have you," I told her. 

"Thanks. Let's go do the photo booth," Melody said. I shook my head at her quick switch of topics. We walked over to the line to take the photos. I saw Collin and Seth walked over making us smile.

"Hi," I said as I put my arms around his neck. 

"Hey," Collin smiled before giving me a quick kiss. 

"Photo booth?" Seth asked Melody and I. 

"Yeah. You both are obviously joining us," Melody said. 

"Alright," Seth chuckled.
