Times running out

I'll talk more at the end but first, let me tell you a story

Running again with almost no time to rest, two ginormous grim behind us and to make things worse Pyrrha was making this look easy although everyone else wasn't to far behind, apart from Jaune who was almost the same as me although he wasn't on a time limit with his aura like I was and now I was starting to feel it especially where I got hit earlier, lucky for me it wasn't my leg or I be a sitting duck but this does mean that I only have one arm to fight with and that doesn't work with two swords and a bow."I see the cliff up ahead!" Pyrrha yelled out from in front of us as we reached the top of a slight hill "oh we can try to take cover in those ruins!" Ruby added as we saw this huge liming old structure in the distance built up agents the cliff, it seems like the people that built this was so desperate for safety the built with there back to the wall and fended off anything trying to get to them by using the ravine to stop anything on foot crossing lucky for us tho bridge is still in one pease.
"Hey we can use that bridge as a choke point for this deathsta-" unfortunately my sentence was cut short by Jaune "Watch out that things coming back!" I heard as nevermore feathers started raining down  behind us  "everybody MOVE!" Pyrrha called us as she started to get even further ahead "What do you think we're doing!" Jaune complained "uh I don't think this is the time to complain" Yang pointed out as we need the bridge.
The nevermore flew passed us and landed on a roof of a ruin across from us I was so close but as I neared the bridge I realised that everyone had pulled ahead a bit even Jaune, but it wasn't that they had speed up, I had slowed down and that meant I was far to close to the grim behind me.
I tried to get out of the way but in a split second the deathstalker claw hit into my back, knocking me to the side giving me no time to stop myself from going face first into a pillar, knocking me out cold.
When I came to I turned over to see the fight was almost over, the deathstalker killed by its own tail and the nevermore was being dragged up the side of the cliff by Ruby as everyone watched in amazement as this ginormous bird was rendered helpless by a 5-foot girl.
But my fight was not done because as everyone was distracted a basilisk started to make a beeline to Ren, Nora, Jaune and Pyrrha.
I look my self over no blood and I can't feel any broken bones I guess my arua did its job but moving is hard, stiff, no time to think about it. With my still usable arm I reach down to my swords and bring one to my side as the basilisk closed in on the group, lucky for me it only half way there and if I run I can cut it off before it gets there. I ran towards the beast the hardest I could but while running I realised that everyone has exhausted them self's and are problems in worse shape than I am to fight I will have to deal with this by my self or at least buy some time for the others it not like I did much anyway.
As I approach the basilisk Nora realises they have let there guard down and starts to get the rest on their feet, but that won't help their barley able to stand, there's no holding back now I have to give everything I have to get there on before the basilisk can reach them and I'm nowhere near reaching it on time, I have to go I have to "MOVE!!!" I feel a sudden burst of speed as I launch forward, I bring my sword forward as I bash into the side of the basilisk. The last thing I hear is the sound of its pain as I go back into the ink-black pit of my mind.

Unknown time later
Ozpin: "Y/N are you alright... can you hear me?!"
Glinda: "Oz were losing him-"
Ozpin: "Shock him again"
Glinda: "you know that won't.   work we need to put him back in"
Ozpin:"I thought we would have at least one more day... okay put him back"

*type of door sealing shut*

Glinda: " I'll gather them then..."
Ozpin: "... yes thank you, Glinda"
Glinda: "are we doing the right thing Oz not telling him?"
Ozpin: "I hope so"

* sometime later*

Ozpin: "thank you, girls or should I say team RWBY for coming here"
Wiess: "yes but professor, may I as. why did you call us here, did we do something wrong?"
Yang: "yeah we were just about to check out our new room?"
Ozpin: " I can ensure that there will be plenty of time for that, I have called you here because of one of our students Y/N."
Ruby: "ohhh is he okay? he was rushed off after he hit that basilisk, I didn't really see much of what happened"
Wiess: "that tends to happen when you're on top of a cliff-"
Blake: "yes she was like we plan her to be"
Yang: "so- what happened to him?"

Ozpin: "...Y/N is su-"

*elevator ding*

Jaune: "ah sorry were late professor Ozpin someone hit all the buttons in the elevator on and we were about half way up so we had to go all the way down and-"
Ruby whispered "ahwu Yang, you know I can't help it"
Ozpin: "thank you Mr Arc would the rest of your team care to join us as this does involve both of you"
Nora: "so what can we do for you!?"
Ozipn "No doubt all of you are wondering why you are here, the reason why will become clear when I finish and any questions you have I will answer them then. The reason I called you all here is that one of our students, Y/N is suffering from a very strange aura that has become unstable and is now slowly killing him. we had a short-term solution to the problem which was using dust to maintain his condition, but it left him in a comatose state"
Ruby: "that's awful..."
Jaune: "but how could he be walking around today professor?"
Ozpin: "that is why you are here, we found that this treatment was getting worse and worse by the day and so larger amounts of dust had to be used in order to keep him stable, to answer your question Mr Arc we had to use a lot of dust given to him over the course of days and then give a lot in one go to keep him conscious for a few short hours depending on how much he did"
Ren "so how do we factor into this"
Ozpin: " the eight of you are the only people around his age he has probably ever met and so it stand to reason that you would be the best candidates to help him."
Ruby: "okay so how do we do that???"
Ozpin: "we bleve that his aura will try to balance itself out and so it might excange some of your aura for his take, for example, hot water in this mug. the water at the bottom is Y/N and the water at the top is yours."
Jaune: "okay?"
Ozpin: "Y/N aura becomes too hot and rises to the to meanwhile, you now have too much aura. so it sinks down to Y/N and then it goes again and again"
Pyrrha: "so what your saying is we will exchange auras but won't that just leave us with the same problem"
Ozpin "good observation Ms Nikos but aura is bound to a person and that means that only some can move, we think the more people we have and the more we can exchange its possible it will be better for Y/N in the future"
Blake: "but professor how do we excange auras in the first place"
Ozpin; "the same as how you activate someone's aura, we bleve that one it is started it should form a link between you"
Ruby: "well where is he then I'm ready to help"
Ozpin: "thank you Ms Rose but must know we have no way if knowing for sure how this will work if at all"
Ruby: "I think we are willing to take that chance"
Ozpin: "well it seems like your ready then any of you that do not wish to participate you can leave or stand to the side with me... well then we will begin"

*Beep*

Jaune: "Ahh! HOW LONG HAS THAT BEEN THERE FOR!"
Blake: "he's actually in that?"
Yang: "what does it look like a sunbed?"
Ruby: "cooooooollll..."
Ozpin: "if you won't mind Pyrrha beginning it should star trek before you even said the first word"
Pyrrha: "yes professor"
...
Jaune: "that was amazing but I don't feel any different"
Pyrrha: "em sir-"
Ozpin: "it appears that it only worked or you two Ruby and Pyrrha"
Ruby: "that, was, AWESOME!"
Ozpin: "well that wasn't quite what I was expecting but it worked out better than I feared... you can go now"
Nora: "really that's it! only the one light show, awww"
Ren: "let's go Nora"
Ruby: "em eh see you tomorrow  Y/N"
Wiess "I hope to be seeing you soon"
Jaune: "eh can you even hear me?"
Yang: "come on move it vomit boy"
Jaune: "Hey I told you it's-"
Blake: "Bye"
Ozipn: "Pyrrha, may I have a word with you"
Pyrrah: "em sir back there when we-"
Ozpin: "you noticed didn't you... can I ask you to keep it to yourself, him finding this out for himself may help him in the long run"
Pyrrha: "Yes professor"
Ozpin: "have a good night Pyrrha classes start tomorrow"
Pyrrha: "goodnight sir"
Ozpin: "goodnight Y/N"
*beep*

WOH VOLUME 5 IS OVER AND 6 ON THE WAY AND SO IM BACK!
So volume 5 came out and I got really busy in life so it's back bad spelling and all but spell check so I think I'm good anyway I hope to have more out soon but it depends now I can write more news ruff that didn't happen in the show and then more stuff will happen and so on and so forth ether way thanks for coming back if you read the last chapters it really means a lot when I see the number of people that bother to read this but I'll do it anyway so it's a nice bonus anyway I see you all in the next chapter I guess
